【摘要】:无人机又称无人机驾驶飞行器,是近年来发展起来的一个集空气动力学、材料力学、自动控制技术、软件技术为一体的高科技产品。无人机广泛用于空中侦察、监视、通信、反潜、电子干扰等领域。目前世界上有30余个国家和地区研制出了50多种无人机,无人机型号超过300余种,有55个国家装备了无人机。 随着无人机技术和市场的逐渐成熟,我国多家单位加快了无人机研制的发展步伐,近年来我国在国土测绘、海洋应用、应急救援、森林防火等民用领域逐步开始了无人机应用的尝试。 无人机在使用中具有成本低、使用方便、环境适应性强等特点,但同时作为一种航空产品,也要求无人机产品具有非常高的可靠性和可操控性。目前国内无人机市场普遍存在可靠性差、可维护性差等特点、系统不完善等问题,影响了无人机在各个行业的推广应用和市场的快速形成。而A公司引入德国无人机制造技术,在无人机方面的产品优势恰恰解决了影响无人机推广的难题,在市场上占据先机,为进一步扩大市场占有率,和收购德国无人机研发公司股份,A公司提出了项目的再融资计划。 本文首先论述了该商业计划产生的背景和意义,然后运用战略管理的理论对四旋翼无人机项目内、外部环境进行分析,认为目前国内无人机民用市场虽在导入期,但是具有广泛市场应用基础和非常大的发展潜力;在对A公司的竞争优势进行分析后,,运用市场营销的理论进行市场细分,确定目标市场以及市场定位;然后制定营销计划,通过4P模型分析A公司四旋翼无人机销组合策略;之后运用财务管理的知识进行投资分析,对项目财务决策指标进行评价;最后运用风险管理的相关理论对项目可能遇到的风险进行分析并提出相应的风险对策以及风险规避方法。 通过本文研究表明,A公司的四旋翼无人机项目其产品应用范围广,市场前景广阔,其产品本身具有明显的优势。项目本身的动态回收期为2.99年,投资者的投入的本项目的回收期也可以达到4.38年,项目的经济效益显著,而项目本身的风险性可以控制在较低水平,研究结论显示本项目可行。 本商业计划书为A公司的资本融资提供决策参考,希望A公司能够吸收到所期望的行业投资,以达到投资者、客户、员工乃至社会的多赢目标。
[Abstract]:UAV, also known as UAV, is a high-tech product which integrates aerodynamics, mechanics of materials, automatic control technology and software technology. UAVs are widely used in air reconnaissance, surveillance, communications, anti-submarine, electronic jamming and other fields. At present, more than 50 kinds of UAVs have been developed in more than 30 countries and regions in the world, more than 300 kinds of UAVs have been developed, and 55 countries are equipped with UAVs. With the gradual maturity of UAV technology and market, many units in our country have accelerated the development of UAV development. In recent years, our country has applied in land mapping, marine applications, emergency rescue, Forest fire prevention and other civilian fields have gradually started the application of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). UAV has the characteristics of low cost, convenient use and strong environmental adaptability. However, as a kind of aviation product, UAV is also required to have high reliability and maneuverability. At present, some problems such as poor reliability, poor maintainability, imperfect system and so on exist in the domestic UAV market, which affect the popularization and application of UAV in various industries and the rapid formation of the market. And Company A introduced German UAV manufacturing technology, the product superiority in UAV just solved the problem that affects the UAV promotion, occupied the first opportunity in the market, in order to further expand the market share, And the acquisition of German drone R & D shares of the company proposed a refinancing plan for the project. This paper first discusses the background and significance of the commercial plan, and then analyzes the internal and external environment of the four-rotor UAV project by using the theory of strategic management. It is concluded that the domestic civilian UAV market is in the period of introduction. But it has a broad market application foundation and great potential for development. After analyzing the competitive advantages of Company A, we use the theory of marketing to segment the market and determine the target market and market positioning. Then we draw up a marketing plan. The 4P model is used to analyze the four rotor UAV combination strategy of company A, and then the investment analysis is carried out by using the knowledge of financial management to evaluate the financial decision index of the project. Finally, risk management theory is used to analyze the risks that the project may encounter, and the corresponding risk countermeasures and risk aversion methods are put forward. Through the research of this paper, it is shown that the four-rotor UAV project of TIA Company has a wide range of applications and a broad market prospect, and the products themselves have obvious advantages. The dynamic payback period of the project itself is 2.99 years, and the payback period of the project invested by the investors can also reach 4.38 years. The economic benefit of the project is remarkable, while the risk of the project itself can be controlled at a lower level. The research conclusion shows that the project is feasible. This business plan provides a reference for the capital financing of company A, hoping that company A can absorb the expected investment in the industry to achieve the multi-win goals of investors, customers, employees and even society.
