X石化公司节能管理研究

【摘要】:随着国内外能源需求的快速增长,优化节能管理成为X石化公司提升公司形象、提高公司效益、提升企业竞争力的有效途径之一。本文以X石化公司节能管理为研究对象,重点研究节能技术、管理中存在的问题。发现装置负荷不足、原油性质发生变化、加热炉热效率较低、热联合不够以及能量回收设施存在技术问题;管理中存在节能工作重视程度不够、宣传力度不足、员工节能意识不强,重技术轻管理,节能管理目标不统一,部门对能源要求不一致,节能设施基础投入不足、能量计量不准确、计量管理人员不足,节能管理制度不够细致、节能管理仍处于面上管控,人力不足、缺乏信息管理平台和软件、不能深入研究整合现代化炼厂先进技术,旨在为我国大型炼化企业提高节能管理水平服务。在节能原理和激励理论的指导下,通过问卷调查X石化公司代表性岗位员工,对X石化公司节能管理现状进行深入剖析,总结节能管理存在的问题。借鉴国内外大型石化公司节能管理先进经验,针对X石化公司节能管理中存在的问题,建立X石化公司节能管理战略,提出提升X石化公司节能管理水平的具体对策如下:优化原油管理、保证原油性质稳定;解决节能设施存在问题;完善计量设施及管理;科学组织生产,开展达标对标;完善制度和考核评估;提高员工素质。并对对策结果进行经济预测核算,加工每吨原油节约1.44千克标油,年节约加工成本5896万元。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of energy demand at home and abroad, optimizing energy saving management has become one of the effective ways for X Petrochemical Company to enhance its image, improve its efficiency and enhance its competitiveness. In this paper, the energy saving management of X Petrochemical Company as the research object, focus on energy saving technology, management problems. It is found that the plant has insufficient load, the crude oil properties have changed, the heat efficiency of the heating furnace is low, the heat combination is not enough and the energy recovery facility has technical problems, the energy saving work in the management is not paid enough attention to, and the propaganda is insufficient. Employees are not aware of energy conservation, pay more attention to technology and management, have different management objectives, do not have consistent energy requirements, lack of energy conservation facilities, inaccurate energy measurement, inadequate management personnel, and detailed energy management system. Energy-saving management is still in the aspect of management and control, lack of manpower, lack of information management platform and software, can not be in-depth research and integration of modern refinery advanced technology, in order to improve the level of energy-saving management services for large refineries in China. Under the guidance of energy saving principle and incentive theory, the present situation of energy saving management in X Petrochemical Company is deeply analyzed by questionnaire survey of representative staff in X Petrochemical Company, and the existing problems of energy saving management are summarized. Based on the advanced experience of energy saving management in large petrochemical companies at home and abroad, the energy saving management strategy of X petrochemical company is established in view of the problems existing in the energy saving management of X petrochemical company. The specific countermeasures to improve the management level of energy saving in X Petrochemical Company are as follows: optimizing the management of crude oil to ensure the stability of crude oil, solving the existing problems of energy-saving facilities, perfecting the metering facilities and management, organizing production scientifically, and carrying out the standard calibration; Improve the system and assessment; improve the quality of staff. The result of economic forecast and calculation shows that 1.44kg of standard oil per ton of crude oil is saved and 58.96 million yuan of processing cost is saved annually.
