精益产品开发流程在F公司的应用研究

【摘要】:随着市场对汽车新产品成本、质量、开发周期越来越高的要求,汽车新产品的开发就必须要跟随汽车的生产一样,走精益化道路,不断的持续改进。另一方面,精益生产、精益思想最初诞生于丰田公司这样的汽车企业,精益思想实施最为成熟的也是汽车企业,因此,精益思想在汽车企业乃至汽车行业都已经具有了深厚的应用基础,在汽车新产品开发方面也有了一定的实践基础。所以,对汽车新产品精益开发的研究具有典型意义。 本文首先从精益思想入手,研究了精益思想从精益生产发展到精益产品开发的过程。通过对国际知名汽车企业产品开发流程的研究,明确了同步工程、门径管理等管理和控制手段在精益产品开发中的重要性,总结了新产品开发流程在新产品开发过程中的重要作用和关键特性。结合个人的工作经验,介绍了国内F公司新产品开发流程的再造,使公司的产品开发过程更加合理和高效,为各部门在新产品开发中的工作职能职责以及时间要求搭建了整体的框架。最后详细介绍了在新的产品开发流程框架下,整车匹配业务的详细工作流程和实施方法,通过产品开发流程再造,,使F公司的业务和流程组合更加的适应现有产品的研发和制造,各个部门之间的工作更加协调,初步实现了同步工程的概念,大大缩短了产品的开发周期,同时在质量保证方面也有了相应的改善。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of the market for the cost, quality and development cycle of the new automobile products, the development of new automobile products must follow the same road of the automobile production, take the lean road and continuously improve. On the other hand, lean production, lean thought was originally born in automobile enterprises such as Toyota, and the most mature implementation of lean thought is also automobile enterprises, so, Lean thought has already had the deep application foundation in the automobile enterprise and even the automobile profession, also has the certain practice foundation in the automobile new product development aspect. Therefore, the research on the lean development of new automobile products is of typical significance. Firstly, this paper studies the process of lean thought from lean production to lean product development. Through the research on the product development process of international famous automobile enterprises, the importance of management and control means, such as synchronous engineering, door and diameter management, in lean product development is clarified. The important role and key characteristics of new product development process in the process of new product development are summarized. Combined with personal working experience, this paper introduces the reengineering of the new product development process of F Company in China, which makes the product development process more reasonable and efficient. Set up an overall framework for the functional responsibilities and time requirements of each department in the development of new products. Finally, the detailed workflow and implementation method of vehicle matching business under the new product development process framework are introduced in detail, and through product development process reengineering, Making F Company's business and process combination more suitable for the R & D and manufacturing of existing products, coordinating the work among various departments, initially realizing the concept of synchronous engineering, and greatly shortening the product development cycle. At the same time in the quality assurance also has the corresponding improvement.
