中印国家石油公司海外业务经营绩效对比分析

【摘要】：石油是影响经济发展的最重要的战略性资源之一，石油行业的发展也是推动整个国民经济和社会发展的重要动力。中国和印度，作为世界上两个新兴的经济体，经济发展迅速，工业化和城市化进程持续加快，人们的生活质量也在不断提高。因此，两国对于油气资源的需求量也在不断加大。但是，两国国内的油气资源供给却不能满足国内的需求。在这种背景下，两个国家都需要积极发展海外业务，而两国的国家石油公司就背负了这样的使命。 本文以中国和印度两国的国家石油公司为研究对象，分别选择了在两个国家具有代表性的中石油和印度石油天然气公司。首先，介绍了本文涉及的相关概念，并回顾了过去有关中印能源发展关系及中印石油海外发展的相关文献。其次，根据对BP世界能源统计中的数据，分析了中印两国石油公司发展海外业务的原因及必要性，通过分析发现，中印两国国内的油气资源供给不能满足需求，两国需要走出国门，积极发展海外业务。第三，收集了中印两个国家以及中石油和印度石油天然气公司两个公司的海外业务发展案例，，并通过对中石油和印度石油天然气公司年报中的数据进行整理，收集了从2007到2012年的影响其海外业务经营绩效的数据，对近6年两个石油公司的海外业务经营绩效指标进行了对比分析，通过运用熵权法将海外业务经营绩效指标进行权重的确定，找出了影响各自海外业务经营绩效的最主要的因素。最后，针对以上的研究分析，从国家和企业的角度，为中国政府及国家石油公司今后的海外发展提出建议。 本文与以往的中印能源关系的分析有所不同，具体体现在：第一，通过收集中印两国国家石油公司的近六年的海外业务经营绩效的数据，对其进行对比分析，从而弥补了当前有关中印两国国家石油公司没有定量分析的空白，特别是有关于两国国家石油公司海外发展的定量分析。第二，从企业的角度，以在两国中最主要的国家石油公司——中石油和印度石油天然气公司为例，分析了了两国国家石油公司的海外发展，并找出影响其海外业务发展的最主要的因素，为中印两国国家石油公司之间的海外合作提供依据和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Petroleum is one of the most important strategic resources affecting economic development. The development of petroleum industry is also an important driving force to promote the development of the whole national economy and society. China and India, the world's two emerging economies, are growing fast, industrializing and urbanizing, and improving their quality of life. Therefore, the demand for oil and gas resources in the two countries is also increasing. However, the domestic supply of oil and gas resources in the two countries can not meet domestic demand. In this context, both countries need to actively develop overseas operations, and the national oil companies in both countries have such a mission. In this paper, the national oil companies of China and India are taken as the research objects, and the representative PetroChina and Indian oil and gas companies are selected respectively in the two countries. First of all, this paper introduces the related concepts, and reviews the relationship between China and India in energy development and the overseas development of SinoIndian Petroleum. Secondly, according to the data of BP world energy statistics, this paper analyzes the reasons and necessity for the oil companies of China and India to develop overseas business. Through the analysis, it is found that the domestic supply of oil and gas resources in China and India cannot meet the demand. The two countries need to go abroad and actively develop overseas business. Third, we collected the overseas business development cases of two countries in China and India, as well as two companies, PetroChina and Indian Petroleum Corporation, and collated the data from the annual report of PetroChina and Indian Petroleum Corporation. This paper collects the data from 2007 to 2012 that affect the overseas business performance of the two oil companies, and makes a comparative analysis of the performance indicators of the overseas operations of the two oil companies in the past six years. By using entropy weight method to determine the weights of overseas business performance indicators, the most important factors affecting their overseas business performance are found out. Finally, in view of the above research and analysis, from the point of view of the country and the enterprise, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the future overseas development of the Chinese government and the national oil company. This paper is different from the previous analysis of Sino-Indian energy relations. Firstly, through collecting the overseas business performance data of the national oil companies of China and India over the past six years, this paper makes a comparative analysis of them. This makes up for the lack of quantitative analysis between China and India's national oil companies, especially the quantitative analysis of the overseas development of the two countries' national oil companies. Second, from an enterprise perspective, taking the most important national oil companies in the two countries, CNPC and Indian Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation, as an example, this paper analyzes the overseas development of the two countries' national oil companies. And find out the most important factors that affect the development of overseas business, and provide the basis and reference for the overseas cooperation between China and India national oil companies.
