罗卓尼克中国有限公司的发展战略研究

【摘要】：传感器技术代表着当代科技的最高水平，是当代信息技术的支柱产业之一。近几年随着我国现代化进程的不断深入，对传感器的需求呈几何级数上升。虽然目前主要是汽车工业、制造业在拉动传感器市场，但随着绿色能源、节能减排等上升为国家战略，传感器乃至整个自动化行业将会迎来巨大的商机。面对巨大的市场潜力和激烈的市场竞争，明确企业的发展战略非常关键。在过去的一年中，世界经济面临诸多困难，欧洲的主权债务危机愈演愈烈，美国的经济复苏进程也是非常缓慢，，在全球经济一体化日益密切的今天，中国经济或多或少会受到影响，经济下行压力加重、行业发展受限、企业竞争加剧等都是需要企业面对的问题。面对复杂的环境和激烈的竞争，如何使企业生存发展下去是每个企业都需要思考的问题。本文通过对罗卓尼克中国有限公司（以下简称罗卓尼克）的发展战略进行研究，应用企业战略管理的基本理论和分析方法，从行业的特点出发，结合当前国际经济形势、国内传感器行业发展状况以及传感器技术的发展趋势，深入探讨了公司发展战略的形成机制和实施方法。本文首先结合罗卓尼克的具体情况对其外部环境和内部资源能力进行分析，得出罗卓尼克当前所面临的机遇、威胁以及它的优势和劣势。在确定其核心竞争力后，运用PEST、SWOT等企业战略管理分析方法对罗卓尼克的战略进行分析和评价，制定出适合罗卓尼克的发展战略。最后，提出了确保公司战略顺利实施的具体措施。通过对罗卓尼克发展战略的研究，希望能够对当前经济环境下我国传感器企业的战略发展提供一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Sensor technology represents the highest level of contemporary science and technology, and is one of the pillar industries of contemporary information technology. In recent years, with the deepening of the modernization process in China, the demand for sensors has increased exponentially. Although the main industry is the automobile industry, the manufacturing industry is driving the sensor market, but with the green energy, energy saving and emission reduction rising into the national strategy, sensor and even the entire automation industry will ushered in huge business opportunities. In the face of huge market potential and fierce market competition, it is very important to define the development strategy of enterprises. In the past year, the world economy has faced many difficulties, the sovereign debt crisis in Europe has intensified, and the process of economic recovery in the United States has been very slow. Today, when global economic integration is ever closer, China's economy will be affected more or less, the economic downward pressure is increasing, industry development is restricted, enterprise competition is intensified, and so on are the problems that enterprises need to face. In the face of complicated environment and fierce competition, how to make the enterprise survive and develop is a problem that every enterprise needs to think about. Through the research on the development strategy of Rochonick China Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Rochonek), this paper applies the basic theory and analysis method of enterprise strategic management, starting from the characteristics of the industry, combining with the current international economic situation. The development of sensor industry in China and the development trend of sensor technology are discussed, and the formation mechanism and implementation method of the company's development strategy are discussed. This paper first analyzes the external environment and internal resource capacity of Rochonick, and concludes the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Rochonick. After determining its core competence, this paper analyzes and evaluates Rochonick's strategy by using PEST,SWOT and other enterprise strategic management analysis methods, and formulates a development strategy suitable for Rochonick. Finally, the concrete measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the company strategy are put forward. Through the research of Rochonick's development strategy, it is hoped that it can provide some reference for the strategic development of our country's sensor enterprises under the current economic environment.
