新奥燃气企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:随着经济发展和环保意识日益加强,天然气以其绝对优势成为政府和居民青睐的能源。上世纪80年代以来,公司治理从经验和科学管理进入了文化管理,企业文化日益成为企业竞争力核心。现代公司文化建设与战略发展问题已越来越多地成为国家经济政策兴趣点,并成为一个世界性的研究和实践课题。 本文试图以新奥燃气的文化建设发展历程为例,深入解析文化在企业不同发展阶段中,企业文化对于企业战略实施会起到怎样的作用。按照新奥集团几次战略调整及企业阶段发展特点,针对其现状进行问题和原因分析。结合企业在当期发展中遇到问题的普遍性,进行问题筛选。采取实证研究和理论分析相结合的模式,运用背景介绍、问题解决、效果评价等研究方法进行论述。提出了新奥燃气企业文化建设设计:企业文化理念体系设计、新奥燃气企业文化系统设计、企业文化行为体系设计。最后提出企业文化建设方案实施计划和保障措施。 本论文是在参阅了国内外大量文献和研究成果的基础上,为新奥燃气设计了一套新的企业文化建设方案,旨在为公司未来快速发展提供保障,同时也希望为我国同类行业的企业文化建设提供借鉴和参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, natural gas has become the preferred energy for the government and residents because of its absolute advantage. Since 1980s, corporate governance has moved from experience and scientific management to cultural management, and corporate culture has increasingly become the core of enterprise competitiveness. Modern corporate culture construction and strategic development have become more and more national economic policy interest point, and become a worldwide research and practice topic. Taking the development course of culture construction of New Austria Gas as an example, this paper attempts to deeply analyze how culture will play a role in the implementation of enterprise strategy in different stages of enterprise development. According to the strategic adjustment of Xinao Group and the characteristics of the development of the enterprise stage, the problems and causes of the present situation are analyzed. According to the universality of the problems encountered in the current development of enterprises, the problem selection is carried out. Adopting the model of combination of empirical research and theoretical analysis, this paper discusses the methods of background introduction, problem solving, effect evaluation and so on. This paper puts forward the design of enterprise culture construction of new Austria gas enterprise: the design of enterprise culture concept system, the design of new Austria gas enterprise culture system, and the design of enterprise culture behavior system. Finally, the implementation plan and safeguard measures of enterprise culture construction program are put forward. Based on a large number of literatures and research results at home and abroad, this paper designs a new enterprise culture construction scheme for New Austria Gas, which aims to guarantee the company's rapid development in the future. At the same time, we also hope to provide reference and reference for the construction of similar industries in our country.
