云南中烟物资集团文化管理研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,企业文化无论在理论研究还是应用领域,都呈现飞速发展的趋势,并对企业发展产生更加广泛、更加深远的影响。文化管理是企业战略体系的支撑子战略,文化管理有效与否对整个企业的兴衰成败息息相关。因此,运用文化管理的有关理论、方法与工具,做好企业文化管理研究工作,实施与企业改革发展相适应的文化管理具有极为重要的意义。 本文运用文化管理理论和动力机制理论,针对烟草行业文化建设的现实背景,通过分析云南中烟物资集团文化建设的情况及存在的问题,提出云南中烟物资集团要完善文化管理,并提出完善文化管理的基本思路、设计理念、具体分析、支撑体系以及实施方案。结合云南中烟物资集团的实际,云南中烟物资集团的文化管理应以基础管理体系和人力资源管理体系两大体系为支撑体系,实施制度与文化的协同管理。基础管理体系建设,应以制度建设、流程及标准的规范为核心,按照规范化、标准化的要求,建立公司制度体系,不断规范员工各项管理、经营、服务的行为。基础管理体系应分为卷烟材料采供及物资管理系统、烟机配件采供管理系统、烟机设备采供管理系统、物流管理系统、发展计划管理系统、人力资源管理系统、财务管理等13个系统。人力资源管理体系建设,应以目标计划管理、绩效考评、员工激励为核心,建立公正、公平的绩效环境,完善公司激励机制,不断提升公司人力资源管理水平。人力资源管理体系应分为战略管理系统、组织管理系统、人事管理系统、绩效管理系统、培训管理系统等5个系统。为促进两大管理体系和企业文化的实际融合,需要依托文化平台和强化激励机制等一系列措施作为有力保障。 通过本文的研究,希望能为云南中烟物资集团文化管理的进一步完善提供可行的路径和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, corporate culture shows a trend of rapid development in both theoretical research and application fields, and has a broader and more far-reaching impact on the development of enterprises. Cultural management is the supporting sub-strategy of enterprise strategic system, and the effectiveness of cultural management is closely related to the success or failure of the whole enterprise. Therefore, it is of great significance to use the relevant theories, methods and tools of culture management, to do well the research work of enterprise culture management and to carry out the cultural management suitable for the reform and development of enterprises. Based on the theory of cultural management and the theory of power mechanism, this paper analyzes the situation and problems of the cultural construction of Yunnan Zhongyan material Group in view of the realistic background of the cultural construction of tobacco industry. The paper points out that Yunnan Zhongyan material Group should perfect cultural management, and puts forward the basic idea, design idea, concrete analysis, supporting system and implementation plan of perfecting cultural management. Combined with the reality of Yunnan Zhongyan material Group, the cultural management of Yunnan Zhongyan material Group should be supported by two systems: basic management system and human resource management system, and the cooperative management of system and culture should be implemented. The basic management system construction should take the system construction, the process and the standard norm as the core, according to the standardization request, establishes the company system, unceasingly standardizes the staff each management, the service behavior. The basic management system should be divided into cigarette material collection and material management system, cigarette machine accessories collection management system, cigarette machine equipment collection and supply management system, logistics management system, development plan management system, human resources management system, Financial management and other 13 systems. The construction of human resource management system should take the target plan management, performance appraisal and employee motivation as the core, establish a fair and fair performance environment, perfect the incentive mechanism of the company, and continuously improve the level of human resources management of the company. Human resource management system should be divided into strategic management system, organizational management system, personnel management system, performance management system and training management system. In order to promote the integration of the two management systems and corporate culture, we need to rely on cultural platform and strengthen the incentive mechanism as a series of measures. Through the study of this paper, we hope to provide feasible ways and suggestions for the further improvement of cultural management of Yunnan Zhongyan material Group.
