火电供应链环境下燃煤库存控制及其优化研究

【摘要】:供应链环境下库存控制及优化是企业生产经营过程中不可缺少的重要组成部分,是保证企业生产和销售顺利进行的关键。由于市场的变幻莫测,整个供应链竞争环境需求的不确定性越来越高,不同层次节点的生产系统会出现各种不同的问题,整个供应链系统也会随时出现各种故障,因此,为了抵御这些无法控制的因素对整个供应链运作的影响,在供应链中或者在企业内部保留一定数量的库存是必要的,但是过多的库存又会造成库存积压,并且增加仓储成本,不利于企业的成本控制,因此,对于库存的控制和优化变得十分重要。 本文结合火电厂的特殊性质,构建了一个“考虑了资金成本的火电供应链燃煤库存控制优化模型”,并采用遗传算法对模型进行求解。文章首先介绍了一些相关基础理论,其中包括火电供应链,供应链库存控制策略及库存补给方法,传统库存控制模型和火电供应链燃煤库存控制优化模型,在此基础上介绍了两种模型求解方法;其次,文章对于传统燃煤库存控制方法和火电供应链燃煤库存控制方法进行了分析比较,指出了两者的区别及不足之处,并提出了火电供应链燃煤库存控制优化的目标;最后,文章结合火电厂实例进行实证研究,构建了考虑了资金成本的火电供应链燃煤库存控制优化模型——"CICO-CC model"模型,并采用遗传算法对该优化模型进行求解,证明了该模型的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Inventory control and optimization in the environment of supply chain is an indispensable part in the process of production and operation of enterprises. It is the key to ensure the smooth progress of production and sales of enterprises. Because of the unpredictable market, the uncertainty of the whole supply chain competitive environment demand is becoming higher and higher, the production system of different levels of nodes will have a variety of problems, the whole supply chain system will also appear at any time a variety of failures, so, In order to resist the impact of these uncontrollable factors on the operation of the whole supply chain, it is necessary to keep a certain amount of inventory in the supply chain or within the enterprise. Therefore, it is very important for inventory control and optimization. In this paper, according to the special properties of thermal power plants, a "coal-fired inventory control optimization model of thermal power supply chain considering the cost of capital" is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. This paper first introduces some basic theories, including thermal power supply chain, supply chain inventory control strategy and inventory replenishment method, traditional inventory control model and coal-fired inventory control optimization model of thermal power supply chain. Secondly, the paper analyzes and compares the traditional coal-fired inventory control method and coal-fired inventory control method in thermal power supply chain, and points out their differences and shortcomings. Finally, combining with the example of thermal power plant, the paper constructs an optimization model of coal-fired inventory control in thermal power supply chain, which is called "CICO-CC model" model, which takes account of the cost of capital, and puts forward the goal of optimizing coal-fired inventory control in thermal power supply chain. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization model, and the reliability of the model is proved.
