我国建筑陶瓷企业国际化战略研究

【摘要】:本论文以企业国际化、企业战略、企业国际化战略及国际化动因、条件及过程相关理论为依据,基于国内建筑陶瓷产业发展现状及建筑陶瓷企业宏观战略环境,评价了我国建筑陶瓷企业国际化现状,并结合企业国际化程度及产业国际化程度提出我国建筑陶瓷企业国际化战略方案、实施路径及保障策略。本文主要研究内容包括以下几个方面: (1)建筑陶瓷企业国际化战略研究的必要性及可行性分析。通过分析建筑陶瓷国际化战略研究的背景和意义,给出本文的研究主题、研究范围、研究思路、研究方法以及研究的基本框架。继而界定相关概念,就企业国际化的动因、条件及过程相关理论做系统分析。 (2)国内外建筑陶瓷产业发展现状及我国建筑陶瓷产业的宏观环境分析。通过对国内外建筑陶瓷产业发展现状分析,探讨国内外建筑陶瓷产业的发展特征,,在此基础上运用比较优势模型分析我国建筑陶瓷产业的国际竞争力。同时,基于PEST分析模型系统分析我国建筑陶瓷企业国际化的政治法律、经济、社会及技术环境。 (3)我国建筑陶瓷企业国际化战略的制定及配备。基于管理、产品、品牌、资本、理念及人力资源这六个方面做出我国建筑陶瓷企业国际化的战略定位,在运用SWOT分析法对建筑陶瓷企业内外部环境进行综合分析的基础上,构建我国建筑陶瓷企业国际化战略模型,并结合建筑陶瓷企业国际化程度及产业国际化程度,给出我国建筑陶瓷企业国际化战略方案、路径及保障策略。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the theories of enterprise internationalization, enterprise strategy, enterprise internationalization strategy and internationalization motivation, condition and process, based on the present situation of the development of domestic building ceramics industry and the macro strategic environment of building ceramics enterprises. This paper evaluates the current situation of the internationalization of Chinese architectural ceramics enterprises, and puts forward the strategic plan, implementation path and guarantee strategy for the internationalization of Chinese architectural ceramics enterprises in combination with the degree of internationalization of enterprises and the degree of industrial internationalization. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the necessity and feasibility of internationalization strategy research of architectural ceramics enterprises. By analyzing the background and significance of the research on the internationalization strategy of architectural ceramics, this paper gives the research theme, research scope, research ideas, research methods and the basic framework of the research. Then it defines the relevant concepts and makes a systematic analysis of the motivation, conditions and process related theories of enterprise internationalization. (2) the development status of the building ceramics industry at home and abroad and the macro environment analysis of the building ceramics industry in China. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the building ceramics industry at home and abroad, the development characteristics of the building ceramics industry at home and abroad are discussed, and the international competitiveness of the building ceramics industry of our country is analyzed by using the comparative advantage model. At the same time, the political, legal, economic, social and technological environment of the internationalization of Chinese building ceramics enterprises is systematically analyzed based on the PEST analysis model. (3) the formulation and equipping of the internationalization strategy of the building ceramics enterprises in China. Based on the six aspects of management, product, brand, capital, concept and human resources, this paper makes a strategic orientation for the internationalization of Chinese architectural ceramics enterprises, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of building ceramics enterprises by using SWOT analysis method. The internationalization strategy model of building ceramics enterprises in China is constructed. Combining with the internationalization degree of building ceramics enterprises and the degree of industry internationalization, the strategy plan, path and guarantee strategy of building ceramics enterprises in China are given.
