动态竞争环境下医疗器械类A公司战略研究

【摘要】:近年来,中国医疗器械行业得到了突飞猛进的发展,每年增速达到两位数。但是,与发达国家医疗器械行业之间存在巨大的差距,预示着中国的医疗器械行业还有广阔的发展空间。A公司作为一家家用医疗仪器制造公司,如何在越来越复杂的动态竞争环境下,把握行业发展的大好机遇,结合自身的资源能力,努力发挥自己的优势,制定适合企业状况的战略,保证企业长期、稳定、持续的发展,是至关重要的。 本文利用动态竞争战略的理论和方法,对A公司的战略制定展开了详细的研究。首先,通过对动态竞争战略理论的回顾,给出了本文动态竞争战略分析的框架。其次,通过对A公司环境、竞争对手和公司资源能力等因素的分析,指出了A公司战略制定的关键因素。然后,基于上面的分析,指出公司战略的总体思路,然后依次从市场定位、战略定位、战略目标、公司组织设计和商业模式这几个方面详细阐述了A公司的战略制定。最后,从公司文化、竞争策略、生产策略、营销策略和战略实施过程中的风险因素及其控制手段这几个方面详细阐述了A公司战略实施的关键环节。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's medical device industry has been a rapid development, the annual growth rate reached double digits. However, there is a huge gap between the medical device industry in the developed countries and the medical device industry in China, which indicates that there is still broad room for development in the medical device industry in China. A company, as a domestic medical instrument manufacturing company, In the increasingly complex dynamic competition environment, how to grasp the excellent opportunities of industry development, combine their own resource ability, exert their own advantages, formulate the strategy suitable for the situation of the enterprise, ensure the long-term, stable and sustainable development of the enterprise. Is vital. Based on the theory and method of dynamic competitive strategy, this paper makes a detailed study on company A's strategy making. Firstly, by reviewing the theory of dynamic competitive strategy, the framework of dynamic competitive strategy analysis is given. Secondly, the paper points out the key factors of A company's strategic formulation by analyzing the factors such as company A's environment, competitors and company's resource ability. Then, based on the above analysis, the author points out the overall thinking of the company strategy, and then elaborates the strategic formulation of company A from the following aspects: market positioning, strategic objectives, company organization design and business model. Finally, from the aspects of company culture, competition strategy, production strategy, marketing strategy and the risk factors in the process of strategy implementation and their control measures, the key links of A company strategy implementation are elaborated in detail.
