国际化经营中我国汽车制造企业价值链模式选择研究

【摘要】:汽车产业是我国国民经济的重要支柱性产业,具有高产出、科技含量高、产业关联度大、经济带动能力强等特点,对我国国民经济具有较大的推动作用。随着贸易全球化的不断发展,我国企业也通过融入全球价值链中而获得了新的发展机遇。在全球价值链背景下,我国汽车制造企业衍生出了两种不同的发展模式,一种是嵌入全球价值链的合资企业模式,另一种是自主价值链的自主创新模式,这两种模式也构成了我国汽车制造企业的主要发展方式。随着中国汽车市场的竞争进一步加剧,我国汽车制造企业如何应对激烈的国际竞争,提高自身的核心竞争力,成为我国汽车企业所不能回避的话题。 本文首先通过对国内外相关理论和文献的研究的基础上,对全球价值链理论和绩效评价分析理论进行了述评,对汽车产业全球价值链的演化,世界汽车产业全球化的现状和趋势以及我国汽车产业在全球价值链中的位置进行了分析。在此基础之上,针对两种不同价值链的发展模式,对采用嵌入全球价值链的“巴西模式”和自主全球价值链的“日韩模式”进行对比分析。通过对国外两种发展模式的比较,探讨全球价值链发展所遵循的规律,为我国汽车制造企业的发展提供参考性思路。最后,本文选取了22家上市整车生产企业作为研究样本,选取30个相关的财务指标,采用因子分析法,进行实证分析。分别从企业的盈利能力和成长能力两个方面,对两种不同价值链发展模式的企业的经营绩效进行评价分析。 得出结论,虽然我国汽车企业取得了巨大的发展,但是不可否认在国际上的竞争力仍然较弱的事实,缺乏核心技术仍是我国汽车制造企业的短板。在全球价值链的背景下,自主全球价值链模式的企业比嵌入全球价值模式的企业在成长能力上表现的更有优势。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry is an important pillar industry of our national economy, which has the characteristics of high output, high science and technology content, high industrial correlation degree and strong economic driving ability, which has a great role in promoting the national economy of our country. With the development of trade globalization, Chinese enterprises also get new development opportunities by integrating into global value chain. Under the background of global value chain, Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises have derived two different development models, one is the joint venture mode embedded in the global value chain, the other is the independent innovation mode of independent value chain. These two models also constitute the main mode of development of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China. As the competition of Chinese automobile market intensifies, how to deal with the fierce international competition and improve its core competitiveness has become a topic that Chinese automobile enterprises can not avoid. Based on the research of relevant theories and literatures at home and abroad, this paper reviews the theory of global value chain and the theory of performance evaluation and analysis, and the evolution of global value chain of automobile industry. The present situation and trend of the globalization of the world automobile industry and the position of China's automobile industry in the global value chain are analyzed. On this basis, aiming at two development models of different value chains, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the "Brazilian model" embedded in the global value chain and the "Japan-Korea model" of the independent global value chain. By comparing the two development modes of foreign countries, this paper probes into the rules followed in the development of global value chain, and provides reference ideas for the development of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China. Finally, this paper selects 22 listed vehicle manufacturing enterprises as the research sample, 30 related financial indicators, using factor analysis, empirical analysis. From two aspects of enterprise's profitability and growth ability, this paper evaluates and analyzes the business performance of two different value chain development models. The conclusion is that although China's automobile enterprises have made great progress, there is no denying the fact that the competitiveness in the international market is still weak, and the lack of core technology is still a short board of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises. Under the background of global value chain, the enterprises with independent global value chain model have more advantages than those embedded in global value model in terms of growth ability.
