食品企业社会责任体系构建研究

【摘要】:在现代经济发展不断加速、市场竞争不断加剧、公众权利意识不断觉醒的背景下,企业社会责任受到社会关注的程度持续提高,已逐渐成为企业获得社会认可、提升自身竞争力的重要影响因素。企业构建并履行社会责任,不仅对企业当前的生存和壮大有着重大的作用,而且对企业的长远健康持续发展有着深远的意义。 对于企业社会责任体系建设,我国的食品企业还处于边摸索、边实践的阶段,不同企业间承担社会责任的差别巨大,总体的成效令人堪忧。在近年来,由于“毒奶粉”、“瘦肉精”、“染色馒头”、“地沟油”等一些问题的陆续爆发,食品企业社会责任意识的淡薄、社会责任实践的缺失凸现出来,更是将食品企业的社会责任建设问题推上了风口浪尖。在这种趋势下,企业社会责任特别是食品企业的社会责任引起了众多学术研究者和企业管理人员的重视。在探索过程中,食品企业社会责任构建的实践着面临诸多的挑战,需要一套比较清晰的、完善的理论作为参考和引导。目前,国内对食品企业社会责任的研究还比较薄弱、不够深入,本文试图对该问题进行探讨。 本文立足于食品企业发展实际,对企业社会责任以及食品企业社会责任作出了定义,剖析了食品企业社会责任体系构建的相关因素。基于利益相关者、社会契约、CSR三动力等理论,在充分运用国内外理论研究成果、借鉴参考相关实践经验的基础上,选取和确定食品企业社会责任指标,建立食品企业的社会责任指标体系。根据食品企业履行社会责任、建设社会责任体系的现状,分析了食品企业与其他企业相比在承担社会责任上的特殊性和侧重点,找出存在的问题,分析问题的原因,提出相应对策,并进行案例分析,提出了完善案例企业社会责任体系建设的建议。本文最后对全文做了总结,指出了本文的局限,并对未来研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of accelerating the development of modern economy, intensifying the market competition and awakening the consciousness of public rights, the degree of social responsibility of enterprise has been continuously improved, which has gradually become the social recognition of enterprises. The important influence factor that enhances oneself competitive ability. The construction and implementation of social responsibility not only plays an important role in the current survival and expansion of enterprises, but also has far-reaching significance for the long-term healthy and sustainable development of enterprises. With regard to the construction of corporate social responsibility system, the food enterprises of our country are still in the stage of exploring and practicing, and the differences between different enterprises in undertaking social responsibility are huge, and the overall results are worrisome. In recent years, due to the outbreak of some problems, such as "poisonous milk powder", "lean meat essence", "dyed steamed bread", "gutter oil" and so on, the weak sense of social responsibility of food enterprises and the lack of practice of social responsibility have emerged. The social responsibility of food enterprises will be pushed to the forefront of the problem. In this trend, corporate social responsibility, especially the social responsibility of food enterprises, has attracted the attention of many academic researchers and enterprise managers. In the process of exploration, the practice of food corporate social responsibility construction is facing many challenges, which needs a set of clear and perfect theory as a reference and guidance. At present, the domestic research on food corporate social responsibility is still weak, not deep enough, this paper attempts to explore this problem. Based on the development of food enterprises, this paper defines corporate social responsibility and food corporate social responsibility, and analyzes the relevant factors of food enterprise social responsibility system construction. Based on the theory of stakeholder, social contract and CSR, the author selects and determines the social responsibility index of food enterprise on the basis of making full use of domestic and foreign theoretical research results and referring to relevant practical experience. Establish the social responsibility index system of food enterprises. According to the current situation of food enterprises to fulfill social responsibility and build social responsibility system, this paper analyzes the particularity and emphasis of food enterprises in undertaking social responsibility compared with other enterprises, finds out the existing problems, and analyzes the reasons for the problems. Put forward the corresponding countermeasure, and carry on the case analysis, put forward the suggestion of perfecting the case enterprise social responsibility system construction. At last, the paper summarizes the whole paper, points out the limitation of this paper, and looks forward to the future research.
