S公司供应链管理优化研究

【摘要】:据调查研究显示,全球一体化的发展趋势已逐渐形成,如今的市场竞争已经逐渐由企业与企业之间的竞争演化成供应链与供应链之间的竞争。当今企业为了适应这一更新换代的历史潮流,保持和增强竞争优势,加强供应链的管理便成为其一项重要的策略。尤其对于本文将要论述的像S公司这类的中小制造企业,如何构建自己的供应链,并对其进行有效的管理,显得尤为的重要。 本文通过对国内外供应链管理的研究以及其发展状况,以S公司在新时期面临的新问题来分析国内外供应链管理研究现状,并且指出本文的研究目的和主要研究内容。通过对供应链、供应链管理,以及供应链的支撑技术ERP系统的理论阐述,介绍了其思想内涵、外延及其特点。我国企业目前的供应链管理还处在初级阶段,所以需要建立现代化的信息技术来给予支撑,本文以S公司的物流执行部门作为研究对象,从该部门三个主营业务部分(订单管理,采购管理,库存管理)重点分析该公司供应链管理的基本现状,然后针对S公司供应链管理存在的主要问题,结合理论知识,分析并且提出了相应的优化发展策略,对于订单管理,根本目的是要实现无纸化办公,加强订单录入人员的培训;对于采购管理,实现以订单驱动采购并加强供应商的管理,对于库存管理,应对库存进行分门别类,及时反映库存信息,提高工作效率,特别对于退货的管理,以减少资金占用率为目标。这一切的优化措施都是为了降低企业的成本,实现利益最大化,从而提高企业的竞争力,使其在将来的市场竞争中,能够立于不败之地。
[Abstract]:According to the investigation and research, the development trend of global integration has gradually formed, and the market competition has gradually evolved from the competition between enterprises to the competition between supply chain and supply chain. In order to adapt to this historical trend and to maintain and strengthen the competitive advantage, it is an important strategy for enterprises to strengthen the management of supply chain. Especially for the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises such as S Company, how to construct their own supply chain and manage it effectively is particularly important. Through the research and development of supply chain management at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain management research at home and abroad with the new problems faced by S Company in the new period, and points out the purpose and main research content of this paper. Through the theoretical elaboration of supply chain, supply chain management, and supply chain supporting technology ERP system, this paper introduces its ideological connotation, extension and characteristics. The supply chain management of Chinese enterprises is still in the primary stage, so it is necessary to establish modern information technology to support it. This paper takes the logistics executive department of S Company as the research object. From the three main business parts of this department (order management, purchase management, inventory management), the basic status of supply chain management of the company is analyzed, and then the main problems existing in supply chain management of S company are analyzed, and the theoretical knowledge is combined. The basic purpose of order management is to realize paperless office, to strengthen the training of order entry personnel, to realize order driven procurement and to strengthen supplier management for purchase management. For inventory management, inventory should be classified to reflect inventory information in time, improve working efficiency, especially for the management of returns, with the goal of reducing the occupancy rate of funds. All of these optimization measures are to reduce the cost of enterprises, realize the maximum of benefits, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, so that they can be in an invincible position in the market competition in the future.
