一汽大众物流仓储中心货位优化研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的不断发展,人们对于提供的产品和服务的要求也越来越高,企业为满足客户的需要、扩大市场占有率,需能对时刻变化着的市场做出快速反应。现如今的竞争,已不再是单纯的企业与企业间的竞争,而是不断演变成供应链与供应链间的竞争。物流是供应链发展中的重要环节,而仓储管理作为物流的重要组成部分,更加受到人们的关注。 如何提高仓储管理的效率,已成为当前企业越来越重视的问题。对仓储货位进行优化,是提高仓储效率的方法之一,因为货位是否合理分配,将影响着仓储作业的效率,进而影响着企业获取利润的能力。 本文以一汽大众物流仓储中心的备件中心库作为研究对象,探讨货位优化在该仓库的可行性。首先,本文对第三方物流企业以及货位优化的相关理论做了简要综述;然后,通过对备件中心库的介绍以及仓储现状的分析,发现了该仓库当前货位分布情况存在着不合理性,有进行货位优化的必要性;接着,在现状分析的基础上,确定以出库作业过程中产生的物流总量最小作为优化目标,对备件中心库进行货位优化,通过建模的方法将问题转化成量化的数学模型,以备件的拣货频次和备件出库时作业人员行走的距离作为关键指标建立起货位优化的线性规划模型;最后,将建立的货位优化模型应用于备件中心库,并选用LINGO软件求解最优解,同时,对货位优化前后出库作业中产生的物流总量进行比较,验证本文建立的货位优化模型的有效性。 本文通过理论与实践相结合,将货位优化的理论及方法应用到一汽大众物流仓储中心备件中心库,为备件中心库的货位优化提供可行的方法,,以提高仓储作业效率,使得企业能够更好、更快的响应快速变化的市场需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the demand for the products and services provided is becoming higher and higher. In order to meet the needs of customers and expand the market share, enterprises need to be able to make rapid response to the changing market. Nowadays, the competition is no longer the competition between the enterprises, but the competition between the supply chain and the supply chain. Logistics is an important link in the development of supply chain, and warehouse management, as an important part of logistics, is paid more attention by people. How to improve the efficiency of warehouse management has become a problem that enterprises pay more and more attention to. The optimization of storage space is one of the methods to improve the storage efficiency, because the reasonable allocation of storage space will affect the efficiency of warehousing operations, and then affect the ability of enterprises to obtain profits. This paper takes the spare parts center of FAW Public Logistics Warehouse as the research object, and discusses the feasibility of optimizing the cargo position in the warehouse. First of all, this paper makes a brief overview of the third party logistics enterprises and the related theory of cargo location optimization, and then, through the introduction of spare parts center warehouse and the analysis of the current storage situation, we find that the current distribution of goods in the warehouse is not reasonable. Then, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation, it is determined that the minimum amount of logistics produced in the process of outbound operations should be taken as the optimization objective to optimize the position of the spare parts center warehouse. The problem is transformed into a quantitative mathematical model by modeling method. The linear programming model of cargo location optimization is established with the picking frequency of spare parts and the walking distance of the operators when the spare parts leave the warehouse as the key index. The optimization model is applied to the spare parts center library, and the LINGO software is used to solve the optimal solution. At the same time, the total amount of logistics generated in the outbound operation before and after the optimization is compared, which verifies the validity of the model. Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper applies the theory and method of cargo location optimization to the spare parts center of FAW VW public logistics storage center, and provides a feasible method for the optimization of spare parts center warehouse, in order to improve the efficiency of warehousing operation. So that enterprises can better, faster response to rapidly changing market demand.
