石家庄FY仪表有限公司质量管理体系研究

【摘要】:21世纪是质量的世纪。引入成熟的质量管理理念,建立完善的质量管理体系,已经成为企业提高产品质量和核心竞争力的重要途径。 本文以石家庄FY仪表有限公司为例,坚持理论学习与文献调查相结合、现场调研与信息查询相结合等方法,全面分析其质量管理体系应用现状,查找质量管理中存在的突出问题,主要包括:质量管理体系策划不完善、文件编写与管理存在漏洞、最高管理者在质量管理中的管理职责未能完全履行、人力资源管理不能完全适应质量管理体系要求、监视和测量设备未能按规定进行校准或检定、缺乏顺畅的顾客需求和顾客满意信息获取渠道、未能有效地持续改进公司的质量管理体系7个方面。 针对以上问题,探索出适用该公司的质量管理优化方案,,主要包括:对质量管理体系进行进一步策划、对质量管理体系文件进行修改完善并加强管理、切实发挥企业领导在质量管理中的作用、做好人力资源对质量管理体系的支持工作、以强化监测设备控制为重点优化产品实现全过程、强化以顾客为关注焦点的管理原则、综合运用多种手段持续改进质量管理体系的有效性等具体措施,为该公司提升质量管理水平提供参考。 该公司集研究、生产、销售、售后服务于一体,规模和发展水平都具有一定的代表性,本文力求通过对该公司质量管理体系的分析和优化研究,对我国目前运用ISO9000质量管理体系的企业起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the century of quality. The introduction of mature quality management concept and the establishment of a perfect quality management system have become an important way for enterprises to improve product quality and core competitiveness. This paper takes Shijiazhuang FY instrument Co., Ltd as an example, insists on the combination of theoretical study and literature investigation, field investigation and information inquiry, etc., and analyzes the application status of its quality management system in an all-round way. To find out the outstanding problems in quality management, including: the quality management system is not perfect, there are loopholes in document preparation and management, and the top manager's management responsibility in quality management has not been fully fulfilled. Human resources management can not fully meet the requirements of the quality management system, monitoring and measuring equipment can not be calibrated or verified according to regulations, lack of smooth customer demand and customer satisfaction information access, Fail to effectively and continuously improve the company's quality management system in 7 aspects. In view of the above problems, this paper explores the optimization scheme of quality management for the company, which mainly includes: further planning the quality management system, modifying and perfecting the quality management system documents, and strengthening the management, Give full play to the role of enterprise leaders in quality management, do a good job of supporting the quality management system by human resources, optimize the whole process of product realization with emphasis on strengthening the control of monitoring equipment, and strengthen the management principle of focusing on customers. Comprehensive use of various means to continuously improve the effectiveness of quality management system and other specific measures for the company to improve the quality management level of reference. The company sets research, production, sales, after-sales service in one, scale and development level has a certain representation, this paper tries to analyze and optimize the quality management system of the company. It can be used as a reference for enterprises using ISO9000 quality management system in our country at present.
