烟草市场三员工作联动管理系统的研究与实现

【摘要】：随着行业间竞争的加剧和企业管理水平、服务意识的提升,烟草行业针对其外业三员的传统管理办法已不能满足企业信息化管理的需求、不能满足依托三员对烟草零售户进行管理和服务的需要。因此,从三员实际工作开展的角度出发,研究烟草行业的市场工作联动管理模式,既具有理论意义,又具有工程实际应用价值。 本文就烟草行业执行市场工作的三员实际工作内容和工作流程做了说明,在分析“三员”工作到位难、监督难等问题的基础上,运用物联网技术中的移动通信技术、感知技术、软件平台技术等手段,借助平板电脑、手机等终端设备,使用软件信息工程建设的结构化方法,采用多层次分层系统结构模型,以B/S模式,分阶段、有步骤的进行“三员”工作联动管理系统的研究与实现,实现了“三员”人员管理、工作计划管理、工作线路优化管理、“三员”工作痕迹化管理、“三员”工作统计分析和对标考核管理、“三员”工作互动等功能,有效地解决了上述“三员”管理的难题,极大的提高了“三员”工作效率。 论文从系统的需求与规划、设计与实现、测试与总结等各方面做了详细的阐述,并对业务流程、系统功能模块、安全性、可靠性、数据库等方面做了介绍。该系统的实现为提高三员工作效率、使得管理工作有据可循有法可依,降低管理难度具有很大的意义。 整个系统具备经济适用、通用性强；简单便捷、操作性强；访问控制、安全性高；数据对接、业务结合性强；主动定位、精确度高等特点。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of competition among industries, the level of enterprise management and the promotion of service consciousness, the traditional management methods for the three members of the tobacco industry can no longer meet the needs of enterprise information management. Unable to meet the needs of management and service for tobacco retailers relying on three members. On the basis of analyzing the problems of the "three members" working in place and the difficult supervision, the mobile communication technology and the perceptual technology in the Internet of things technology are used. Software platform technology and other means, with the help of tablets, mobile phones and other terminal equipment, using the structured method of software information engineering construction, using the multi-level hierarchical system structure model, with the B / S model, divided into stages, The research and realization of the "three members" work linkage management system have been carried out step by step, and the management of "three members" personnel, work plan management, work route optimization management, "three members" work trace management have been realized. The functions of "three members" work statistic analysis and standard check management, "three members" work interaction and so on, effectively solve the above problems of "three members" management, and greatly improve the work efficiency of "three members". In this paper, the requirements and planning, design and implementation, test and summary of the system are described in detail, and the business process, system function module, security, reliability, database and so on are introduced. The realization of the system is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the work of the three members, make the management work according to the law and reduce the difficulty of the management. The whole system has the characteristics of economic applicability, versatility, simplicity and convenience, strong operability, access control, high security, data docking, strong business integration, active positioning, high accuracy, and so on.
