X石化公司节能管理案例研究

【摘要】:随着我国工业化和城镇化进程加快,资源和环境问题日益突出。工业是我国能源消耗的大户,而石油化工行业作为其重点耗能行业是工业能源消费中的主力军,大部分企业存在能源消耗高、污染物排放量大等特点,与世界石油化工强国有很大的差距。石油化工企业应抓好能源管理工作,加快节能技术应用,提高企业经济效益,确保实现“十二五”规划目标。 X石化公司是国务院批准的大型石油化工企业,生产装置的设计余量较大,能耗物耗偏高,从投产至今,X石化公司通过技术改造在节能降耗方面做了很多的努力并取得了一定的效果,对X石化公司的节能管理进行分析不仅可以提高公司的节能管理水平,对其它石化公司也有借鉴作用。 本文采用定性分析与案例分析相结合、理论研究与对策研究相结合的研究方法,对可持续发展、工业节能等理论进行了系统梳理。结合X石化公司实际案例,从节能管理的角度对X石化公司的能耗物耗和管理现状进行调查,运用节能管理及相关管理理论进行系统分析,提出其在节能管理过程中存在的问题。文章从能源管理体系、能源结构、节能技术应用、已完成节能项目的执行情况、装置可靠性和员工节能意识等方面对节能管理的成因进行深入分析,并利用先进的节能管理理念,从管理节能和技术节能两个方面提出相应的节能管理对策。本文的意义在于对石油化工企业的节能管理有一个清晰的认识,提供一个对企业节能管理进行深入分析与改进的案例,通过节能管理分析,加强节能管理改进,建立科学有效的石油化工企业节能管理模式,缩短企业现状与目标之间的差距,有助于提高企业的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, the problems of resources and environment are becoming more and more prominent. Industry is a major consumer of energy consumption in China, and petrochemical industry is the main force in energy consumption. Most enterprises have the characteristics of high energy consumption and large pollutant emissions. There is a big gap with the world petrochemical power. Petrochemical enterprises should do a good job in energy management, speed up the application of energy-saving technology, improve the economic benefits of enterprises, and ensure the realization of the 12th Five-Year Plan. X Petrochemical Company is a large petrochemical enterprise approved by the State Council. The design allowance of the production unit is large, and the energy consumption is on the high side. From the beginning of production to now, X Petrochemical Company has made a lot of efforts in energy saving and consumption reduction through technical transformation and has achieved certain results. The analysis of the energy saving management of X Petrochemical Company can not only improve the level of energy saving management of the company, but also can be used for reference by other petrochemical companies. In this paper, qualitative analysis and case analysis are combined, and the theories of sustainable development and industrial energy conservation are systematically combed. Combined with the actual case of X Petrochemical Company, the energy consumption and management status of X Petrochemical Company are investigated from the perspective of energy saving management, and the energy saving management and related management theory are used to carry out systematic analysis. The problems in the process of energy saving management are put forward. This paper analyzes the causes of energy saving management from aspects of energy management system, energy structure, energy saving technology application, implementation of completed energy saving projects, device reliability and employee's energy saving consciousness, etc. Based on the advanced ideas of energy-saving management, the corresponding countermeasures of energy-saving management are put forward from the aspects of management energy saving and technical energy saving. The significance of this paper is to have a clear understanding of the management of energy conservation in petrochemical enterprises, and to provide a case for in-depth analysis and improvement of the energy conservation management of enterprises, and to strengthen the improvement of energy conservation management through the analysis of energy conservation management. To establish a scientific and effective energy saving management model for petrochemical enterprises, to shorten the gap between the present situation and the objectives of the enterprises, is helpful to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprises.
