沧东电厂600MW亚临界机组经济运行管理研究

【摘要】:能源是社会发展的重要物质基础,节能是我国的一项基本国策,我国提出了建设节约型社会方针战略,,在现有的技术条件下,提高火电机组的经济性就得靠合理的管理方法。 本文参考目前国内外先进理论和技术的基础上,针对神华国华沧东电厂一期2×600MW亚临界机组的实际情况,分析了机组经济运行的现状以及影响机组经济运行的影响因素,并且针对机组现有的运行方式,提出了提高机组经济运行的优化措施,比如更改锅炉的运行参数,改变汽轮机的进汽方式等。在一期机组的投产运行后,沧东电厂有一套机组运行指标考核方法,对机组的运行经济性的提高起到很大的作用。但是,原有的管理方法有一定的局限性,本文分析了沧东电厂一期两台机组原有的指标竞赛管理方法,针对原方法的不利之处,提出了改进方法,也就是使指标靠近额定参数的竞赛管理方法,并做出了经济性评价。 同时电厂的煤场有很大的节能空间,笔者结合煤场储煤的优化建议,总结出了沧东电厂经济运行管理方案,为机组的经济运行提供指导,为机组的节能降耗和经济运行管理提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:Energy is the important material foundation of social development, and energy saving is a basic national policy of our country. Our country has put forward the strategy of constructing economical society. Under the existing technical conditions, it is necessary to improve the economy of thermal power units by reasonable management methods. Based on the advanced theory and technology at home and abroad and the actual situation of the 2 脳 600MW subcritical unit in Huacangdong Power Plant of Shenhua, this paper analyzes the present situation of the unit's economic operation and the influencing factors affecting the unit's economic operation. In view of the existing operation mode of the unit, the optimization measures to improve the economic operation of the unit are put forward, such as changing the operating parameters of the boiler and changing the steam inlet mode of the steam turbine, etc. After the unit is put into operation in the first stage, Cangdong Power Plant has a set of evaluation method of unit operation index, which plays a great role in improving the operation economy of the unit. However, the original management method has some limitations. This paper analyzes the original index competition management method of two units in Cangdong Power Plant, and puts forward the improvement method in view of the disadvantages of the original method. That is to make the index close to the rated parameters of the competition management method, and made economic evaluation. At the same time, the coal yard of the power plant has great energy saving space. The author sums up the economic operation management scheme of Cangdong Power Plant combined with the suggestions of coal storage optimization in the coal yard, which provides guidance for the economic operation of the unit. It provides a theoretical basis for energy saving and consumption reduction and economic operation management of the unit.
