汽车零部件采购质量协同控制研究
[Abstract]:As an important means of transportation for modern people, the quality and safety of automobile can not be ignored, because of the particularity of automobile structure and its manufacturing process. Automobile manufacturing enterprises generally obtain most of the parts and components they need in the manufacturing process by purchasing from the outside. The purchase of automobile parts involves a variety of products, large quantity, wide range, high requirements, is an extremely large and complex system engineering. Therefore, how to cooperate with each link and department in the process of auto parts purchasing, it is very important to integrate and optimize the resources in order to find the best quality. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the quality control of automobile parts purchasing, this paper puts forward the concept of collaborative control of automobile parts purchasing quality, establishes the model of collaborative control of automobile parts purchasing quality, and analyzes the model in detail. In order to facilitate the enterprise to use this model in practice, this paper presents an effective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, clearly sets up the evaluation index system, and introduces in detail how to use AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation index. Finally, taking an automobile company as an example, aiming at the problems existing in the quality control of parts procurement, combining with the collaborative control model of automobile parts purchasing quality, this paper puts forward an effective and feasible optimization scheme of parts purchasing quality coordination control. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the scheme is verified. The innovation of this paper lies in the selection of purchasing quality on the basis of the traditional supply chain quality research, the comprehensive use of modern management, synergy theory, information theory, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The related theories and research methods of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the factors, models and evaluation methods of collaborative control of automobile parts purchasing quality are discussed. It has certain guiding and referential significance for promoting the ability of collaborative control of parts purchasing quality in automobile manufacturing enterprises of our country.
