工作研究在蛇形管制造作业优化中的应用研究

【摘要】:我国电站设备制造企业得益于良好的国内外宏观形势,行业出现了“井喷”行情,但是目前大多数电站设备制造企业还是传统的国有企业,公司的制造更多地还是采用劳动密集型的粗放制造方式,大多是靠一线职工通过“经验”积累进行生产制造。进入21世纪以来,随着企业的不断发展,客户对产品的交货期及产品质量的要求越来越高,国内电站设备制造企业希望通过科学的管理方法和有效的管理工具,优化企业生产制造流程,促进企业的可持续健康发展。 本文立足于国内电站设备龙头企业SBWL公司生产制造实际,从蛇形管车间制造生产线现状出发,运用程序图、线路图的方法分析了蛇形管制造作业生产线存在的过多的不创造价值的搬运工序、在制品非常多及生产制造周期过长的问题,并运用工作研究的方法,对生产布局与制造工序进行了改善。运用操作研究、动作研究方法对蛇形管制造作业关键工序直管对接机械焊、弯管作业及装配附件焊进行分析,运用人机图、动素分析图、作业单元重新划分等方法,对生产线主要工序进行了改善,提高了人机利用率,规范了操作方法,,大大压缩在制品库存,用作业测定的方法,核定了标准工时,满足企业制造能力提升的内在需要和客户新的评价标准的外部需要,提升企业的制造能力。
[Abstract]:China's power plant equipment manufacturing enterprises have benefited from the good macro situation at home and abroad, and the "blowout" market has emerged in the industry. However, at present, most power plant equipment manufacturing enterprises are still traditional state-owned enterprises. The company's manufacturing is more labor-intensive extensive manufacturing, mostly by the first-line staff through "experience" accumulation of production and manufacturing. Since entering the 21st century, with the continuous development of enterprises, customers are demanding more and more high product delivery time and product quality. Domestic power plant equipment manufacturers hope to adopt scientific management methods and effective management tools. Optimize the manufacturing process to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise. This paper is based on the production and manufacturing practice of SBWL Company, the leading enterprise of domestic power plant equipment, and based on the present situation of the production line of serpentine pipe workshop, the program diagram is used. The method of circuit diagram analyzes the problems of too many unproductive handling processes, very many in-process products and long production cycle in the production line of snake-shaped tube manufacturing, and applies the method of working research. The production layout and manufacturing process were improved. By means of operation research and action study, the mechanical butt welding of straight pipe, pipe bending operation and assembly accessory welding in the key process of serpentine tube manufacturing are analyzed, and the man-machine diagram, dynamic element analysis diagram and redivision of operation unit are used. The main working procedures of the production line are improved, the man-machine utilization ratio is improved, the operation method is standardized, the in-process inventory is greatly compressed, and the standard man-hour is approved by the method of job measurement. To meet the internal needs of enterprise manufacturing capability upgrading and external needs of new customer evaluation standards to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
