新中新集团共享服务中心建设研究

【摘要】:作为全球第二大经济体,中国经济走出了一条特色发展之路。此间中国众多的民营中小企业发挥了重要作用。在全球经济变数较大的今天,市场竞争日趋激烈,国内一些中小企业跟不上形势的变化而黯然离场,另一些中小企业却走出了与众不同的发展之路。 共享服务中心的组织模式,,是跨国公司先进的管理模式,国内很多度过了创业期、处于成长壮大期的企业也采用了这种模式。 本文以新中新集团为例,研究了共享服务中心模式在国内中小民营企业的应用。全文分五个部分论述:首先是课题背景及研究的目的和意义、共享服务中心及其相关理论的发展概况。其次是实际案例研究,分析新中新集团共享服务中心管理现状,介绍目前新中新集团概况、新中新集团共享服务中心的沿革、新中新集团共享服务中心的运行模式,同时结合实际剖析新中新集团共享服务中心存在的问题。然后是结合理论基础与借鉴先进管理方法,设计新的优化解决方案,从而指导实际工作。主要内容包括:新中新集团共享服务中心业务调整、新中新集团共享服务中心服务能力的提升、新中新集团共享服务中心的公司化发展。然后是新中新集团共享服务中心解决方案落实的保障,是保障优化解决方案设计落实的配套内容,包括树立“用心服务、成就客户”的服务理念、进一步优化组织机构、强化领导团队建设、加强激励与考核、引入先进的信息化手段等。最后结论,总结本文研究成果,对本文的借鉴意义进行展望。
[Abstract]:As the world's second largest economy, China's economy has taken a unique path of development. Chinese numerous private small and medium-sized enterprises have played an important role in this area. Today, the global economic variables are great, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, some domestic SMEs can not keep up with the changes of the situation and leave the market, but some small and medium-sized enterprises have gone out of the way of different development. The organization mode of shared service center is the advanced management mode of multinational corporations. Many enterprises in China have passed the period of entrepreneurship, and the enterprises in the period of growth and expansion have also adopted this model. Taking Xinzhongxin Group as an example, this paper studies the application of shared service center model in small and medium-sized private enterprises in China. The thesis is divided into five parts: firstly, the background of the project, the purpose and significance of the research, the development of shared service center and its related theories. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of Xinzhongxin Group's shared service center management, introduces the general situation of Xinzhongxin Group, the evolution of Xinzhongxin Group's shared service center, and the operating mode of Xinzhongxin Group's shared service center. At the same time, combined with the actual analysis of the new Zhongxin Group shared service center problems. Then a new optimization solution is designed based on the theoretical basis and the advanced management method to guide the practical work. The main contents include: the business adjustment of Xinzhongxin Group shared Service Center, the improvement of Xinzhongxin Group shared Service Center service ability, and the development of Xinzhongxin Group shared Service Center. Then there is the guarantee of the implementation of the shared service center solution of Xinzhongxin Group, which is the supporting content to ensure the optimization of the solution design and implementation, including setting up the service concept of "serving by heart, achieving customers", and further optimizing the organization and organization. Strengthen the construction of leadership team, strengthen the encouragement and examination, introduce advanced information methods, etc. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized, and the significance of this paper is prospected.
