【摘要】:随着科技进步及社会经济的发展,供应链管理思想在企业管理中的运用已被更多的企业重视和采纳,其已成为企业培养核心竞争力的指挥棒。供应商管理作为供应链管理中的重要任务之一,它的管理水平的高低直接影响企业供应链的整体运作。因此,现代企业必须要有一套科学合理的、符合自身情况的供应商管理体系。通过这个体系,企业要能筛选出符合企业实际情况的重要外部资源,并且企业能很好的运用这些外部资源创造更多的价值。 本文通过参考文献、指标优化、总结归纳等方式,分析了CF公司的供应商管理的现状及问题,运用供应链和供应商相关管理理论,结合公司的当前情况和发展规划,对其供应商管理工作进行了优化,旨在提高CF公司的供应商管理工作水平,与供应商达成供应链下的战略合作关系,为公司的发展提供更可靠的保障。本文通过以下几个方面来对CF公司的供应商管理工作进行的优化:(1)对公司目前的供应商进行了分类、分级管理,均采用了二维定位模型。(2)基于目标为导向的采购管理模式,建立科学合理的供应商评价和选择的指标体系,并具体给出了各项指标及权重分配。(3)根据不同类型供应商的不同管理策略,实施供应商的考核和激励,帮助企业有效的管理供应商。 文章所提出的优化方案CF公司不仅能有效解决之前公司供应商管理中存在的问题,还有助于实现CF公司供应商管理的预期目标。并且对国内类似中小企业的供应商管理实践具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the development of social economy, the application of supply chain management in enterprise management has been paid more attention to and adopted by more enterprises. As one of the important tasks in supply chain management, supplier management has a direct impact on the whole operation of enterprise supply chain. Therefore, modern enterprises must have a scientific and reasonable supplier management system in accordance with their own conditions. Through this system, the enterprise should be able to screen out the important external resources according to the actual situation of the enterprise, and the enterprise can make good use of these external resources to create more value. Through reference, index optimization, summary and induction, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of supplier management in CF Company, applies the theory of supply chain and supplier management, and combines the current situation and development plan of the company. The supplier management is optimized to improve the level of supplier management in CF Company and to reach a strategic cooperative relationship under the supply chain with the supplier to provide a more reliable guarantee for the development of the company. In this paper, the supplier management of CF Company is optimized in the following aspects: (1) the current suppliers of the company are classified and managed at different levels. (2) based on the goal-oriented purchasing management model, a scientific and reasonable index system of supplier evaluation and selection is established. The index and weight distribution are given concretely. (3) according to different management strategies of different types of suppliers, the evaluation and incentive of suppliers are carried out to help enterprises manage suppliers effectively. The optimization scheme proposed in this paper, CF Corporation, can not only effectively solve the problems existing in supplier management, but also help to achieve the expected goal of supplier management in CF Company. And the supplier management practice of similar small and medium-sized enterprises in China has certain guiding significance.
