基于PWBS的船舶管子制造成组聚类和工时定额研究

【摘要】:造船制造业是一个复杂的、科学的系统工程,产品导向型作业分解(ProductWork Breakdown Structure,PWBS)是现代造船模式下运作方法的基础,关系到设计、制造和管理等方面。造船厂利用成组技术(Group Technology,GT)原理,以中间产品为导向,进行细致的作业分析,通过分解和组合,均衡地安排生产和分配资源,从而不断提高生产效率,缩短造船周期,降低造船成本,最终达到精益造船的目的。 在船舶制造过程中,管子的加工对于产品的周期和质量均有较大影响,是除船体制造外第二个加工量最大的作业单元,管子制造计划的保证,对船体各分道建造过程至关重要,如果不能保证预舾装的顺利开展,势必增加船坞等后道作业负荷,会增加坞期,,甚至影响码头系泊试验乃至试航工作,对船舶施工进度造成影响。 本文首先通过相关文献的研究和一些船厂的实地调研,阐述了国内外管子制造的现状,并对其归纳、整理和分析。其次,通过对作业分解结构理论的研究,介绍了中间产品导向作业分解结构的造船模式和成组技术的应用。对于管子制造,提出了材料、尺寸特征和质量特征是管子制造PWBS的三个核心要素,并通过管子制造的PWBS研究,展开了对上海外高桥造船厂管子制造的工艺性分析,包括管子制造工艺分解和分类成组的方法。本文围绕管子制造的PWBS,用BP神经网络算法研究了管子制造定额工时的标准化,这对管子制造生产效率的提高具有积极的意义。 论文最后对本文的研究工作进行了总结,并对以后的研究做出了展望。
[Abstract]:Shipbuilding manufacturing is a complex, scientific system engineering, product-oriented operation decomposition (ProductWork Breakdown Structure,PWBS) is the basis of modern shipbuilding operation method, related to design, manufacturing and management. Shipyards use the principle of group technology (Group Technology,GT), take intermediate products as the guide, carry out detailed operation analysis, arrange production and distribution resources in a balanced way through decomposition and combination, so as to continuously improve production efficiency and shorten shipbuilding cycle. Reduce the cost of shipbuilding, and finally achieve the purpose of lean shipbuilding. In the shipbuilding process, the pipe processing has a great influence on the product cycle and quality. It is the second largest processing unit except for the hull manufacturing. The guarantee of the pipe manufacturing plan is very important to the construction process of the hull. If the pre-outfitting can not be carried out smoothly, it will increase the working load of the rear track such as the dock, increase the docking period, even affect the dock mooring test and even the trial navigation work, which will affect the progress of the ship construction. In this paper, the current situation of pipe manufacture at home and abroad is expounded through the research of related literature and field investigation of some shipyards, and it is summarized, sorted and analyzed. Secondly, through the research on the theory of job decomposition structure, the shipbuilding mode and the application of group technology of intermediate product oriented job decomposition structure are introduced. For pipe manufacturing, it is proposed that the material, dimension and quality are the three core elements of pipe manufacturing PWBS, and through the PWBS study of pipe manufacturing, the technological analysis of pipe manufacturing in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipyard is carried out. Including tube manufacturing process decomposition and classification into groups. In this paper, the standardization of the quota man-hour of pipe manufacturing is studied by using BP neural network algorithm in PWBS, which has a positive significance for improving the production efficiency of pipe manufacturing. At the end of the paper, the research work of this paper is summarized, and the future research is prospected.
