MG环境下TIS公司生产运作战略的制定与实施

【摘要】:Management Game课程(简称MG),是一个国际性的企业模拟管理项目,是美国卡耐基·梅隆大学为了更好地开展MBA课程而研发的。在MG环境下,由四五名MBA学员组成一支管理队伍来完成模拟环境中一家企业三年的运营。在整个运营过程中,通过宏观、微观等环境分析从而制定出公司的生产运作战略,并认真研究将其细化到各项经营指标,从而客观真实地反映出TIS公司的具体经营状况。在本次MG课程中,共计四名MBA学员组成了TIS公司的管理团队,着手经营的TIS公司是一家跨国腕表生产和销售公司,公司旗下拥有ITIME和PTIME两大品牌手表,由两家位于不同国家的工厂进行生产。本人在TIS公司担任COO(生产运营总监),主管公司的生产运作管理。本论文是在对MG环境下TIS公司在四人组成的管理团队的管理下,在2013-2015年生产运作实践过程进行总结、分析的基础上产生的。本论文基于MG环境下TIS公司的生产运作实践,对模拟过程中公司战略的制定、选择和实施进行客观全面地分析、总结,详尽阐述TIS公司2013-2015年生产动作战略制定和实施的全过程。论文共分六章。第1章对MG课程进行了概要的介绍,对TIS公司的概况进行了介绍,包括公司的发展历史、组织结构及企业标识等方面内容。第2章阐述了企业生产战略管理的相关理论。第3章论述了TIS公司2013-2015年生产运作战略的选择和制定过程。第4章阐述了2013-2015年生产运作战略的实施与评价。第5章介绍了TIS公司2016-2018年生产运作战略规划。第6章是本文作者参与MG课程的一些体会和建议。
[Abstract]:Management Game (MG),) is an international enterprise simulation management program developed by Carnegie Mellon University in order to better develop the MBA program. In the MG environment, a management team of four or five MBA students is formed to complete a three-year operation of an enterprise in a simulated environment. In the whole operation process, through the macro and micro environment analysis, the production and operation strategy of the company is worked out, and the detailed operation index is carefully studied to reflect the concrete management situation of TIS Company objectively and truly. In the MG program, four MBA students formed the management team of TIS, a multinational watch manufacturer and distributor, TIS, which owns two major watch brands, ITIME and PTIME. Produced by two factories in different countries. I work in TIS as COO (Director of production and Operations), in charge of the company's production and operation management. This thesis is based on the summary and analysis of the production and operation practice process of TIS Company in 2013-2015 under the management of a four-member management team under the environment of MG. Based on the production practice of TIS Company under MG environment, this paper analyzes the formulation, selection and implementation of company strategy in the simulation process objectively and comprehensively. The whole process of making and implementing the production action strategy of TIS in 2013-2015 is described in detail. The thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 gives a brief introduction to MG course, and introduces the general situation of TIS Company, including the development history, organization structure and enterprise identification of the company. The second chapter expounds the related theory of enterprise production strategy management. Chapter 3 discusses the selection and formulation process of TIS's production and operation strategy for 2013-2015. Chapter 4 describes the implementation and evaluation of the production and operation strategy in 2013-2015. Chapter 5 introduces the strategic plan of production and operation of TIS Company in 2016-2018. Chapter 6 is the author's experience and suggestion of participating in MG course.
