后金融危机时代SG电力公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着后金融危机时代的到来以及电力工业迅猛发展,电力企业的经营模式步入了战略管理时代,面对着日益激烈的竞争环境和复杂多变的形势,本文就SG公司在此特殊时期战略选择做了研究,本文尝试从SWOT分析法进行定量、定性分析,旨在厘清SG公司战略选择过程中的关键控制因素,通过对我国电力工业现状及发展研究阐述我国电力行业客观存在的情况以及未来发展趋势;通过对SG公司的内外部环境分析,从政策环境、经济环境、社会环境、科技环境四个方面去研究分析SG公司战略选择;通过对SG公司发展历程、财务经营状况研究分析,说明SG公司该如何完善公司管理;通过对SG公司在印尼实施“走出去”战略的初步探索,分析说明SG公司并购与海外发展之路;通过对SG公司内壁人力资源、营销能力、组织管理机制以及企业管理能力等方面研究了战略实施保障的影响因素。本人的创新点研究在于如何在后金融危机时代的经济格局影响下,,充分发挥神华集团煤、电、路、航、油一体化资源优势,调整火电及新能源发电电源项目比例,使SG公司的发展更适应电力产业格局的调整,最终实现集团公司“打造世界一流煤炭综合性能源企业、增强核心竞争力、实现五年经济总量再翻番的经营目标。
[Abstract]:With the coming of the post-financial crisis and the rapid development of the electric power industry, the management mode of the electric power enterprises has stepped into the era of strategic management, facing the increasingly fierce competitive environment and the complex and changeable situation. This paper makes a study on the strategic choice of SG Company in this special period. This paper attempts to make quantitative and qualitative analysis from the SWOT analysis method in order to clarify the key control factors in the strategic choice process of SG Company. Through the research on the current situation and development of the electric power industry in China, the objective situation and the future development trend of the electric power industry in China are expounded. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of SG Company, this paper analyzes the strategic choice of SG Company from four aspects: policy environment, economic environment, social environment and scientific and technological environment. Through the research and analysis of the development course and financial management of SG Company, the author explains how to perfect the management of SG Company. Through the preliminary exploration of the "going out" strategy of SG Company in Indonesia, this paper analyzes and explains the road of M & A and overseas development of SG Company. This paper studies the influencing factors of SG's inner wall human resource, marketing ability, organization management mechanism and enterprise management ability. Under the influence of the economic structure of the post-financial crisis era, my innovation research lies in how to give full play to the integrated resource advantages of coal, electricity, road, navigation and oil of Shenhua Group, and adjust the proportion of thermal power and new energy power generation projects. The development of SG company is more suitable for the adjustment of electric power industry pattern, and finally the group company "builds up the world first-class coal comprehensive energy enterprise, strengthens the core competition ability, realizes the management goal of doubling the total economic output again in five years".
