基于卓越绩效的大柳煤矿人力资源管理模式设计及应用

【摘要】:本文重点通过研究卓越绩效管理现状及中国人力资源管理模式设计及应用,查找大柳煤矿公司人力资源在管理人才缺乏、薪酬制度不完善、绩效考核薄弱、员工培训欠缺等方面存在的差距与不足,分析指出大柳煤矿公司当前人力资源管理差距产生的主要原因在于人力规划管理战略不清晰,薪酬制度管理体系效能发挥不突出、绩效考核薄弱缺乏有效激励、员工培训缺少可持续性等方面。结合大柳煤矿公司当前实际和发展愿景,本文通过文献分析法、比较分析法和案例分析法等方式方法,借鉴国内外煤矿企业人力资源管理的成功经验,提出提高大柳煤矿人力资源管理者的水平、建立完善的薪酬制度、优化绩效考核、加强对员工进行培训等措施,打造一支煤矿管理先进的专业化人才队伍。通过设计大柳煤矿公司人力资源管理战略模式设计、员工绩效模式设计、员工的学习和发展设计,员工的权益与满意度设计,以实现效益最大化,提升企业竞争力。
[Abstract]:By studying the present situation of excellent performance management and the design and application of Chinese human resource management mode, this paper focuses on finding out the shortage of human resources management talents, the imperfect salary system and the weak performance appraisal in Daliu Coal Mine Company. This paper points out that the main reasons for the gap in human resource management in Daliu Coal Mine are that the strategy of manpower planning and management is not clear, and the effectiveness of the management system of salary system is not outstanding. The weak performance appraisal lacks the effective incentive, the staff training lacks the sustainability and so on. Combined with the current situation and development vision of Daliu Coal Mine Company, this paper uses the methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis to learn from the successful experience of human resource management in coal mining enterprises at home and abroad. This paper puts forward some measures such as improving the level of human resource managers in Daliu Coal Mine, establishing a perfect salary system, optimizing the performance appraisal, and strengthening the training of the staff, so as to build up a contingent of advanced specialized talents in coal mine management. Through the design of human resource management strategy design, employee performance model design, staff learning and development design, employee rights and satisfaction design, in order to achieve the maximum benefit and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
