深圳ZJ公司精细化管理应用研究

【摘要】:近几年来,尤其是2010年后,金属行业的发展已经滞涨,销售收入大幅降低,而企业的管理成本、销售费用急剧上升。企业种种潜在的问题不断涌现,目前这种粗放的、低效的、简单的管理模式,不但无法支持企业的继续快速发展,而且连基本的收支平衡也难以保证。企业发展进入了微利时代,急需一种先进的与之相适应的管理模式,支持企业的可持续发展。 作为一种先进的管理理念和管理技术,精细化管理通过系统化、细化、运用程序化、标准化等手段,使企业的组织管理更加精确、高效。如何根据市场的风向变化去制定相对应的经营对策、扩大利润率、减少企业的成本支出等都可以通过精细、到位的管理来优化。精细化管理进行的顺利与否也成为当代企业生存发展的必备条件之一,只有通过不断地深化精细化管理,并提高自身的市场应变能力,精细规划企业资金运用,企业才能在竞争中生存并持续发展。因此,推进企业精细化管理十分必要。 文章在科学管理、质量管理和精细化管理理论的指导下,采用案例分析、比较分析等研究方法,探索在微利状态下企业生存与发展的管理方法和应对策略。文章开篇对相关理论进行梳理,进而深入研究中国企业精细化现状,结合深圳ZJ公司的管理实际,对企业在生产精细化、流程精细化、财务精细化、人事精细化诸方面问题加以剖析,并分别提出相应的解决办法。该研究对深圳ZJ公司的管理优化提供决策参考,对中国企业的精细化管理实施将有所启迪。
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially after 2010, the development of the metal industry has stagnated, sales revenue has fallen sharply, while the management costs of enterprises, sales costs have risen sharply. All kinds of potential problems of enterprises are constantly emerging. At present, this kind of extensive, inefficient and simple management mode can not only not support the continuous rapid development of enterprises, but also can not guarantee the basic balance of income and expenditure. The development of enterprises has entered the era of small profits, and an advanced management mode is urgently needed to support the sustainable development of enterprises. As an advanced management concept and management technology, fine management makes the organizational management of enterprises more accurate and efficient through systematization, refinement, application of procedures, standardization and other means. How to make corresponding management countermeasure according to the change of market wind direction, enlarge profit rate and reduce the cost and expenditure of enterprise can be optimized by fine and proper management. Fine management is also becoming one of the necessary conditions for the survival and development of contemporary enterprises. Only by continuously deepening fine management and improving their market adaptability, they can carefully plan the use of enterprise funds. Only then can the enterprise survive and develop continuously in the competition. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the fine management of enterprises. Under the guidance of scientific management, quality management and fine management theory, this paper uses case analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods to explore the management methods and corresponding strategies for the survival and development of enterprises under the condition of little profit. At the beginning of the article, the relevant theories are combed, and the present situation of Chinese enterprise refinement is deeply studied. Combined with the management practice of Shenzhen ZJ Company, the production, process and finance of the enterprise are refined. Personnel refinement and various aspects of the problem to be analyzed, and respectively put forward the corresponding solutions. The research provides a decision reference for the management optimization of Shenzhen ZJ Company and enlightens the implementation of meticulous management of Chinese enterprises.
