甘肃酿酒行业上市公司竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国酿酒行业市场日渐成熟,随着国外洋酒、饮料的大量涌入,国内酿酒行业的市场竞争日益激烈。甘肃具有数以百计的酿酒企业,产品质量特别是白酒质量与全国同类名牌相比并不逊色,在所有企业中,上市公司代表甘肃省经济运行中具有相对优势的群体,反映了行业中的优势力量,企业想要在竞争中保持不败之地,实现长期的可持续发展,主要问题之一在于培育和打造企业的竞争力。 甘肃有三家以酒为主要经营业务的上市公司,分别为莫高股份、皇台酒业和兰州黄河。本文旨在通过将甘肃省酿酒行业的上市公司与全国同行业所有的上市公司进行对比,在前人研究的基础上,对企业竞争力相关理论和影响因素有更加成熟的认识,从企业价值链的角度出发,,建立适合酿酒行业上市公司竞争力的评价指标体系,并对所有酿酒行业的上市公司进行评价,根据分析结果,找出甘肃酿酒行业三家上市公司的竞争优势与不足。 本文得出的主要结论有:(1)甘肃酿酒行业三家上市公司总体竞争力水平较低,各企业相对优势不明显、制约企业发展的短板不一,其中兰州黄河、皇台酒业在市场销售能力、企业盈利能力等主要方面的竞争力较差;莫高股份总体竞争力达到了同行业的平均水平,资产运营能力方面比较好;(2)与同行业平均水平相比,三家公司的多项指标比较低,反映出企业自身的各项能力相对较弱,企业需要根据自身现状,制定企业中长期发展规划,稳步提高企业竞争力;(3)三家公司普遍盈利能力比较弱,这也反映了甘肃省酿酒行业上市公司与全国同行业相比在产品质量、市场营销等方面的差距,企业需要积极拓展市场、了解市场信息、从各方面提高企业自身的竞争力水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the market of Chinese wine industry is maturing day by day. With the influx of foreign wine and beverage, the market competition of domestic wine industry is becoming more and more fierce. Gansu has hundreds of wine-making enterprises, and the quality of its products, especially liquor, is not inferior to that of similar famous brands in the whole country. Among all the enterprises, listed companies represent the groups with comparative advantages in the economic operation of Gansu Province. Reflecting the advantages of the industry, enterprises want to maintain an invincible position in the competition, to achieve long-term sustainable development, one of the main problems is to cultivate and build the competitiveness of enterprises. Gansu has three wine as the main business of listed companies, respectively, Mo Gao shares, Huangtai Liquor and Lanzhou Yellow River. The purpose of this paper is to compare the listed companies in the wine industry of Gansu Province with all the listed companies in the same industry in the whole country. On the basis of previous studies, we have a more mature understanding of the relevant theories and influencing factors of the competitiveness of enterprises. From the point of view of enterprise value chain, an evaluation index system suitable for the competitiveness of listed companies in the wine industry is established, and all listed companies in the wine industry are evaluated, according to the analysis results, Find out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of three listed companies in Gansu wine industry. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the overall competitiveness of the three listed companies in the wine industry of Gansu Province is low, the relative advantages of each enterprise are not obvious, and the constraints on the development of enterprises are different, among which the Yellow River in Lanzhou, The competitiveness of Huangtai liquor industry in the market sales ability, enterprise profitability and other main aspects is poor; The overall competitiveness of Mo Gao shares has reached the average level of the same industry, and the assets operation ability is relatively good; (2) compared with the average level of the same industry, many indexes of the three companies are relatively low, which reflects the relatively weak ability of the enterprises themselves, and the enterprises need to formulate long-term development plans according to their own situation and steadily improve the competitiveness of the enterprises; (3) the general profitability of the three companies is relatively weak, which also reflects the gap between the listed companies in the wine industry of Gansu Province and their counterparts in China in terms of product quality and marketing. Enterprises need to actively expand the market and understand market information. From all aspects to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise itself.
