精益六西格玛在产品物流包装质量改进中的应用研究

【摘要】：近几年，随着火电厂用分布式控制系统的市场竞争变得日益激烈，生产成本日趋增高，产品的利润不断下降。在这样严峻的形势下，产品质量将会变得十分重要，质量的下降不仅影响了成本，，更会影响客户对于公司的整体印象。 本文系统地研究了精益六西玛、精益六西格玛在生产中对于产品质量提升的优势以及公司使用精益六西格玛的收益，通过采集实际卡件在送达客户手中后失效的数据，应用卡方独立性检验对于卡件失效的原因进行辨别，找出主要原因为卡件的包装，在此基础上使用改进包装设计的方法对主要原因进行整改，达到了降低成本、提高产品质量的目的。最后使用流程控制对改进后的卡件包装进行管理上的控制，以达到巩固精益六西格玛在产品改进后的效果。在现今如此激烈的市场竞争环境中，精益六西格玛能够更好地为公司获得市场以及提供利润。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market of distributed control system used in thermal power plants, the production cost is increasing, and the profit of the products is declining. In such a severe situation, product quality will become very important, the decline of quality will not only affect the cost, but also affect the overall impression of the customer for the company. This paper systematically studies Lean six Sigma, the advantage of Lean six Sigma in production for product quality improvement and the profit of using Lean six Sigma. Using chi-square independence test to identify the reasons of card failure, find out that the main reason is card packaging, on the basis of this, use the method of improving packaging design to correct the main reasons, and achieve a lower cost. The purpose of improving product quality. Finally, process control is used to manage the improved card packaging to consolidate the effect of Lean six Sigma after product improvement. In today's competitive market environment, Lean six Sigma is better able to market and provide profit for the company.
