首钢京唐成品钢材销售物流模式研究

【摘要】:近年来我国钢铁行业发展迅猛,截止到2012年我国粗钢总产量7.16亿吨,达到世界粗钢总产量的三分之一以上。目前国内钢铁产量的大量提高,在钢铁物流业创造了巨大的发展空间的同时也对钢铁物流业提出了更苛刻的需求。在这种情况下,很多钢铁企业.尤其是一些大型钢铁集团已经把目光转移到了物流业务的改进上,从不同的角度进行现代物流的建设。 本文以我国钢铁物流的现状为起点,指出钢铁企业物流环节中的若干问题,接着提出钢铁企业销售物流的概念和我国钢铁企业销售物流中存在的问题。接着,介绍我国大型钢铁企业首钢京唐,提出首钢京唐在成品钢材销售物流中存在的问题,分析首钢搬曹妃甸后,成立首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司,给其在物流方面带来得天独厚的优势条件。随后,运用层次分析法对首钢京唐的成品钢材销售物流模式定量分析进行选择。最后,提出GPS技术在首钢京唐公路、铁路运输的应用,建立钢铁物流基地,建立销售物流供应链等策略,并提出一系列关于在首钢京唐销售物流策略方面的改进意见。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's iron and steel industry has developed rapidly. By 2012, the total output of crude steel in China has reached 716 million tons, reaching more than 1/3 of the total output of crude steel in the world. At present, the large increase of domestic steel production has created a huge development space for the iron and steel logistics industry, at the same time, it has put forward more stringent requirements to the iron and steel logistics industry. In this case, many steel enterprises. In particular, some large iron and steel groups have turned their attention to the improvement of logistics business and carried out the construction of modern logistics from different angles. Taking the present situation of iron and steel logistics in China as the starting point, this paper points out some problems in the logistics of iron and steel enterprises, and then puts forward the concept of sales logistics of iron and steel enterprises and the problems existing in the sales logistics of iron and steel enterprises in China. Then, this paper introduces Jingtang of Shougang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., puts forward the problems existing in the distribution of finished steel, and analyses the problems of Jingtang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., after Shougang moved to Caofeidian, and establishes Jingtang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. To its logistics to bring unique advantages. Then, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to select the logistics model of Jingtang's finished steel sales in Shougang. Finally, the application of GPS technology in Jingtang highway and railway transportation of Shougang, the establishment of iron and steel logistics base, the establishment of sales logistics supply chain and so on are put forward, and a series of suggestions on how to improve the strategy of Jingtang sales logistics in Shougang are put forward.
