G公司工艺创新管理研究

【摘要】:工艺创新是经济增长和经济发展的源动力。企业是经济增长和经济发展的载体,企业的技术水平、工艺创新能力,不仅直接决定企业竞争力,并且对整个产业和经济的发展有着重要的促进作用。随着改革的不断深入,特别是经济全球一体化的条件下,面对激烈的市场竞争,如何加强企业工艺创新管理,提高企业工艺创新管理能力是我国企业不得不面对的问题。因此,强化对企业的工艺创新管理对经济转型时期的我国制造业而言有着重大的现实意义。本文通过对G公司工艺创新管理过程中遇到的问题分析,结合国内外工艺创新管理的先进经验,构建适合G公司的工艺创新全面管理体系,并进行效果评价,并进行完善,试图找一条带有普遍意义的工艺创新管理之路,帮助企业在工艺创新管理道路上少走弯路,实现企业的持续健康快速发展。全文共有六部分组成。第一章为绪论主要分析工艺创新管理对企业的重要性;第二章为工艺创新管理的理论综述;第三章为G公司工艺创新管理现状分析,主要通过对G公司工艺创新管理现状进行分析,指出创新管理过程中存在的不足之处;第四章为G公司工艺创新管理体系和相应的评价系统的构建,主要通过对影响工艺创新管理的因素和过程进行管理,构建G公司全面工艺创新管理体系,提升G工艺创新能力;第五章为G公司实行了工艺创新管理方案后的效果,分析G公司工艺创新管理的不足并进行完善:第六章是结论和展望。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is the source of economic growth and economic development. Enterprises are carriers of economic growth and economic development. The technological level and technological innovation ability of enterprises not only directly determine the competitiveness of enterprises, but also play an important role in promoting the development of the whole industry and economy. With the deepening of the reform, especially under the condition of global economic integration, facing the fierce market competition, how to strengthen the management of technological innovation and improve the management ability of technological innovation is the problem that our enterprises have to face. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the management of technological innovation for the manufacturing industry in the period of economic transformation. Based on the analysis of the problems encountered in the process of process innovation management of G Company and the advanced experience of process innovation management at home and abroad, this paper constructs a comprehensive management system of process innovation suitable for G Company, and evaluates the effect and perfects it. This paper attempts to find a path of process innovation management with universal significance, to help enterprises to avoid detours on the road of process innovation management, and to realize the sustained, healthy and rapid development of enterprises. The thesis consists of six parts. The first chapter mainly analyzes the importance of process innovation management to enterprises, the second chapter is the theoretical summary of process innovation management. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of G company process innovation management, mainly through the analysis of G company process innovation management status, pointing out the shortcomings in the process of innovation management; The fourth chapter is the construction of G company process innovation management system and the corresponding evaluation system, mainly through the management of factors and processes that affect the process innovation management, build G company overall process innovation management system, improve G process innovation ability; The fifth chapter is the effect of the process innovation management scheme in G company, analyzes the deficiency and perfection of the process innovation management in G company: the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
