山东传洋集团企业文化优化研究

【摘要】:随着我国民营企业的规模的不断壮大,民营企业在我国国民经济中的地位越来越重要。随着中国加入WTO,我国民营企业在面临巨大的发展潜力的同时,,也面临了巨大的挑战和日渐激烈的竞争。在这样的外部环境下,不断的增加企业的核心竞争力就成为民营企业所面临的最急迫的问题。民营企业要想求得长久的生存和发展,就必须要建立自己优秀的企业文化。目前,我国的山东传洋集团虽然已经对企业文化建设有了一定程度的认识,但是,这种认识是存在偏差的,重形式轻内涵,家族式文化等问题普遍存在,极大的妨碍了该企业的发展和企业文化的建设。对于山东传洋集团来讲,缺乏现代化的企业文化理念和与企业发展相适应的企业文化已经成为制约其进一步深化和发展的一个重要问题。因此,本文采用的主要研究方法包括了实际调研法、文献分析法、问卷调查法以及专家约谈法等技术路线,对民营企业文化建设进行相关研究,力图实现一定的学术研究意义及现实实践意义,在具体内容上: 本文在对民营企业文化建设重要性认识的基础上,首先探究我国民营企业文化的作用及其重要特点,再次基础上对民营企业文化有一个整体性的感性认识;其次,本文总结与分析了山东传洋集团企业文化建设的现状,基于案例分析来探究当前我国民营企业文化建设的现状,为促进民营企业文化建设提供坚实的基础;再者,本文研究了山东传洋集团企业文化建设的主要问题,基于此问题探究企业文化建设存在问题的原因以及其对企业发展的危害;最后,本文基于前文的研究,分析了我国企业集团文化建设的提升措施,力图将理论结合实际,促进我国民营企业文化建设的发展。
[Abstract]:With the growing scale of private enterprises in China, the status of private enterprises in our national economy is becoming more and more important. With China's entry into WTO, China's private enterprises are faced with enormous development potential, but also facing huge challenges and increasingly fierce competition. In such an external environment, increasing the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the most urgent problem faced by private enterprises. If private enterprises want to survive and develop for a long time, they must establish their own excellent corporate culture. At present, although the Shandong Chuanyang Group in our country has already had a certain degree of understanding of the construction of enterprise culture, such problems as bias, emphasis on form and light of connotation, and family-style culture are common. It greatly hinders the development of the enterprise and the construction of its culture. For Shandong Chuanyang Group, the lack of modern enterprise culture concept and enterprise culture adapted to the development of enterprises has become an important problem that restricts its further deepening and development. Therefore, the main research methods adopted in this paper include the actual research method, the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method and the expert interview method and so on technical route, carries on the related research to the private enterprise culture construction. On the basis of understanding the importance of the cultural construction of private enterprises, this paper first explores the role and important characteristics of private enterprise culture in China. Thirdly, there is a holistic perceptual understanding of the private enterprise culture; Secondly, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of enterprise culture construction in Shandong Chuanyang Group, based on the case study to explore the current situation of private enterprise culture construction in China, to provide a solid foundation for the promotion of private enterprise culture construction; Furthermore, this paper studies the main problems in the enterprise culture construction of Shandong Chuanyang Group, and explores the reasons for the problems and the harm to the enterprise development based on this problem. Finally, based on the previous research, this paper analyzes the measures to promote the cultural construction of enterprise groups in China, and tries to combine theory with practice to promote the development of the cultural construction of private enterprises in China.
