基于LCA的轻型汽车低碳供应链关键环节优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着汽车产业不断发展和能源消费持续增加,生态系统原有的碳循环平衡和生态环境遭到严重破坏。目前众多对汽车环保问题的报道和研究基本停留在对汽车尾气的处理方面,很少关注汽车整个生命周期的情况。实际上,汽车产业是一个庞大的产业集群,站在汽车供应链的角度来对汽车产品整个生命周期进行生态评价和控制优化,更能起到积极的促进作用,而生命周期评价方法的引进也为全面量化汽车产品以及汽车供应链对环境的影响和汽车低碳供应链优化提供了崭新的思路。 本文以市场上某种轻型汽车为研究对象,首先利用碳流向分析法分析了汽车生命周期中的碳足迹流向,为量化汽车生命周期中的碳排放量确定了计算范围。在分析碳足迹的基础上,本文对此轻型汽车整个生命周期内的主要环节进行了详细研究,计算了不同环节的二氧化碳等温室气体排放量以及能源消耗,最终统一转换成了用生态土地占有量表示的生态足迹,以方便各个部分进行比较。最后,本文将汽车生命周期评价中的各个部分与汽车供应链的各个阶段进行分析和对应,以汽车生命周期的生态足迹评价为依据识别得到汽车低碳供应链的两个关键环节:汽车设计环节和采购环节,然后针对这两个关键环节提出了优化方案,以达到降低汽车供应链和汽车整个生命周期碳排放量的目标。 本文包括图15幅,表10个,参考文献49篇。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of automobile industry and the increase of energy consumption, the original carbon cycle balance and ecological environment of ecosystem have been seriously damaged. At present, many reports and researches on automobile environmental protection problems are mainly focused on the treatment of automobile exhaust gas, and little attention is paid to the whole life cycle of automobile. In fact, the automobile industry is a huge industrial cluster. It can play a positive role in the ecological evaluation and control optimization of the whole life cycle of automobile products from the point of view of automobile supply chain. The introduction of life cycle evaluation method also provides a new way to quantify the environmental impact of automotive products and automotive supply chain and the optimization of automotive low-carbon supply chain. In this paper, a certain light vehicle in the market is taken as the research object. Firstly, the carbon footprint flow in the vehicle life cycle is analyzed by using the carbon flow analysis method, and the calculation range is determined for quantifying the carbon emissions in the vehicle life cycle. Based on the analysis of carbon footprint, the main links in the whole life cycle of this light vehicle are studied in detail, and the greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide and energy consumption in different links are calculated. Finally, the ecological footprint expressed by the amount of ecological land was transformed into a unified ecological footprint, which is convenient for comparison between different parts. Finally, this paper analyzes and corresponds each part of automobile life cycle evaluation with each stage of automobile supply chain. Based on the ecological footprint evaluation of automobile life cycle, two key links of automobile low-carbon supply chain are identified: automobile design and procurement, and then the optimization scheme is put forward for these two key links. To achieve the goal of reducing carbon emissions from the automotive supply chain and the entire life cycle of the vehicle. This paper includes 15 figures, 10 tables and 49 references.
