基于JIT采购的混流装配线物料配送方式改进研究

【摘要】:随着顾客需求的多样化和个性化,多品种、小批量生产逐渐成为一种主流的生产方式。因此,混流生产即在同一条生产线上生产一系列功能和结构相似的产品成为一种必然。 混流装配线在生产过程中,产品型号切换频繁,在准确的时间将精确数量的生产用料送至装配线的消耗点是保证生产顺利进行的关键。传统的物料配送方式为供应商送货至企业仓库,然后由仓库按照生产计划统一给生产线配送。这是典型的推动式的物料配送方式,对于突发订单的反应速度慢。另外,混流装配线生产的产品型号多,,造成物料占用仓库面积大。 论文以ZPS公司电熨斗混流装配线为研究对象,结合现有的物料配送研究、JIT(Just In Time)采购及看板管理相关知识,提出采用直送看板供应的方式来取代以往的面向库存的推动式的物料配送方式,实现物料在装配线与供应商之间点对点的拉动式供应,不经过其他中间存储。根据该装配线的实际情况,设计了一种新的直送看板,并从物流、信息流和资金流三个方面进行了模型和流程的构建。通过物料配送方式改进方案在该装配线上的应用,使得ZPS公司电熨斗物料占用的仓库面积减少了70%,物料质量问题出现的比率降低了45%,同时在很大程度上提高了生产线对突发订单的反应速度。 本文的研究对混流装配线的物料配送研究有理论的指导意义,并对其他类似企业实行这种物料配送方式有实际的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the diversification and individuation of customer demand, multi-variety, small batch production has gradually become a mainstream mode of production. Therefore, it is inevitable to produce a series of products with similar function and structure in the same production line. In the production process of mixed-flow assembly line, the product model switch frequently, and the key to ensure the smooth progress of production is to deliver the exact quantity of production materials to the consumption point of assembly line in the accurate time. The traditional material distribution method is supplier delivery to the enterprise warehouse, and then the warehouse according to the production plan to the production line distribution. This is a typical push-type distribution of materials, the response to unexpected orders slow. In addition, the mixed-flow assembly line produces a lot of products, resulting in a large warehouse area. This paper takes the electric iron mixed current assembly line of ZPS Company as the research object, and studies the knowledge of, JIT (Just In Time) purchasing and Kanban management in combination with the existing material distribution. This paper proposes a direct Kanban supply method instead of the previous material distribution mode which is driven by stock, and realizes the point to point pull supply of materials between assembly line and supplier without other intermediate storage. According to the actual situation of the assembly line, a new direct transmission Kanban is designed, and the model and flow are constructed from three aspects: logistics, information flow and capital flow. Through the application of the improved material distribution scheme on the assembly line, the warehouse area occupied by ZPS electric iron materials is reduced by 70%, and the ratio of material quality problems is reduced by 45%. At the same time, to a large extent, the production line response to unexpected orders speed. The research in this paper is of theoretical significance to the study of material distribution in mixed flow assembly line, and has practical guiding significance to other similar enterprises to carry out this kind of material distribution mode.
