M电力公司110kV变电站数字化改造项目的设计与实施

【摘要】:近二十年来,网络通信、计算机自动化与测控保护等技术的飞速发展,已经为变电站数字化自动化系统实现数字化、网络化奠定了充实的技术基础。另一方面,随着大容量、特高压以及超大规模电网的不断形成,对电网的可靠性、安全性等方面提出了更为迫切和高层次的要求。变电站未来的发展将逐渐采用数字化变电站技术。数字化变电站的出现是变电站自动化发展的一个重要里程碑。国内外都积极开展了一系列数字化变电站建设工程,并取得了较大的成果,一些运行十多年的旧站也急需技术改造,如何进行传统变电站数字化改造是今后面临的一个突出问题。 针对以上问题,本文的第一部分对研究对象进行了分析研究;第二部分对项目管理理论、电力工程项目管理理论进行论述,对变电站数字化改造工程项目管理的现状进行分析,对其存在的问题进行了阐述;第三部分介绍了数字化变电站基本概念、结构特点以及新技术在数字化变电站中的应用,阐述了传统变电站与数字变电站的区别,分析了数字变电站在电网发展中的优势;第四部分针对城南变电站的概况,提出了城南变电站数字化改造项目的技术方案,主要根据数字化变电站结构特征,从组网方式、站控层、间隔层和过程层四个部分提出各部分的数字化改造方案;第五部分以项目管理方法为基础,结合有关项目管理理论和方法,分析在变电站数字化改造项目的实际实施时怎么样合理安排好进度、质量、成本目标的具体任务以及如何提高资源的利用率,从而探讨出实现变电站数字化改造项目成本、质量和工期最优的管理方法和控制措施。最后一部分对本文的论点进行总结回顾,并就数字变电站未来的发展进行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the past twenty years, the rapid development of network communication, computer automation and measurement and control protection has laid a solid technical foundation for the realization of digitization and networking of substation digital automation system. On the other hand, with the continuous formation of large capacity, UHV and super large scale power grid, more urgent and higher requirements are put forward for the reliability and security of power grid. The future development of substation will gradually adopt digital substation technology. The emergence of digital substation is an important milestone in the development of substation automation. A series of digital substation construction projects have been carried out both at home and abroad, and great achievements have been made. Some old stations that have been running for more than 10 years are also in urgent need of technical transformation. How to carry out digital transformation of traditional substation is a prominent problem in the future. In view of the above problems, the first part of this paper has carried on the analysis and research to the research object; In the second part, the theory of project management and the theory of power engineering project management are discussed. The present situation of substation digital transformation project management is analyzed, and the existing problems are expounded. The third part introduces the basic concept of digital substation, structural characteristics and the application of new technology in digital substation, expounds the difference between traditional substation and digital substation, and analyzes the advantages of digital substation in the development of power network. In the fourth part, according to the general situation of Chengnan substation, the technical scheme of the digital transformation project of Chengnan substation is put forward, which is mainly based on the structural characteristics of digital substation, from the mode of networking, station control layer, The four parts of interval layer and process layer put forward the digitized reconstruction scheme of each part; The fifth part is based on the project management method, combined with the related project management theory and method, analyzes how to arrange the schedule and quality reasonably in the actual implementation of the substation digital transformation project. The concrete task of cost target and how to improve the utilization ratio of resources are discussed, and the management methods and control measures to realize the optimal cost, quality and duration of substation digitized transformation project are discussed. In the last part, the thesis is summarized and the future development of digital substation is prospected.
