太钢能源管理系统的研究与应用

【摘要】:工业节能是我国能源领域科技发展的重点领域,钢铁行业发展和实施工业节能新技术势在必行。我国钢铁企业吨钢能耗虽然呈逐年下降趋势,但实际消耗水平相比世界先进钢铁企业仍然偏高。钢铁企业传统的能源管理模式难以适应现代钢铁生产的大型化、高速化和市场激烈竞争的需要,同时也不符合国家长期发展规划的要求。 能耗技术水平影响企业核心竞争力和可持续发展的潜力,是关乎钢铁企业未来的根本,如何抓住机遇,直面挑战,解决钢铁企业传统能源管理模式存在的诸多问题和弊端,使企业在改革和发展过程中始终占据有利地位是本次研究的初衷。 首先,本文结合太钢近年来能源管理模式和水平的发展,分析了钢铁企业在能源管理工作中遇到的问题和挫折,并且以太钢能源管理系统(EnergyManagement System,EMS)的开发建设为例,详述了太钢EMS系统的设计目标、原则、方案以及在研究设计过程中所解决的主要问题及思路。 其次,本文从EMS系统的功能模块组成入手,结合太钢能源管理系统详细设计方案,分析了太钢EMS系统过程信息系统、能源统计模块、能源控制指标、能源预测、远程和外部接口模块的组成和功能以及各功能模块间的相互协调关系,并对太钢能源管理系统的应用情况和效果进行了分析研究。 最后,,通过对钢铁联合企业生产流程分析和研究,利用系统的分析方法,结合太钢能源管理系统设计、建设和应用的整个过程,确定了能源管理系统常见问题的解决方案。总结了钢铁企业能源管理系统建设的经验,并针对性提出实施能源管理系统项目的若干建议,以期抛砖引玉,并对促进钢铁企业EMS系统的建设起到一定的指导和参考作用。
[Abstract]:Industrial energy conservation is the key field of the development of science and technology in energy field of our country. It is imperative for steel industry to develop and implement new technology of industrial energy saving. Although the energy consumption of steel per ton in Chinese iron and steel enterprises is decreasing year by year, the actual consumption level is still higher than that of the advanced iron and steel enterprises in the world. The traditional energy management mode of iron and steel enterprises is difficult to meet the needs of large-scale, high-speed and fierce market competition of modern steel production, and also does not meet the requirements of the long-term development plan of the country. The level of energy consumption technology affects the core competitiveness and the potential of sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises. It is the foundation of iron and steel enterprises in the future. How to seize the opportunity, face up to the challenges and solve the problems and drawbacks of the traditional energy management mode of iron and steel enterprises. The original intention of this study is to make the enterprise always occupy a favorable position in the process of reform and development. First of all, this paper analyzes the problems and setbacks in the energy management work of the iron and steel enterprises combined with the development of the energy management mode and level in recent years, and takes the development and construction of the energy management system (EnergyManagement System,EMS) of TISCO as an example. In this paper, the design goal, principle, scheme of EMS system of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., as well as the main problems and ideas solved in the course of research and design are described in detail. Secondly, this paper starts with the function module composition of EMS system, and analyzes the process information system, energy statistics module, energy control index, energy forecast of EMS system of TISCO, combining with the detailed design scheme of TISCO energy management system. The composition and function of remote and external interface modules and the relationship between the modules are analyzed. The application and effect of the energy management system of TISCO are analyzed and studied. Finally, through the analysis and research of the production process of the iron and steel joint enterprise, the solution of the common problems of the energy management system is determined by using the systematic analysis method and the whole process of the design, construction and application of the energy management system of TISCO. This paper summarizes the experience of the construction of energy management system in iron and steel enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the energy management system project, in order to offer some suggestions and give some guidance and reference to the construction of EMS system in iron and steel enterprises.
