南方某大型炼厂生产运行优化策略研究

【摘要】:我国已经成为世界第二大炼油和消费国,2008年炼油能力达到4.38亿吨。通过结构调整,炼油装置的处理量越来越大;通过技术的自主开发研究,已全面掌握原油加工技术,能自主建设年加工能力千万吨级的大型炼厂。预计,截止2020年我国汽、煤、柴油的需求量将达到4亿吨,但是炼油行业的不景气,大部分炼油厂亏损也是要面对的现实。原油供应不足,海外市场扩展困难,炼油厂加工工艺流程,原油采购难度加大。进一步优化现有炼油加工总流程,建设一个加氢型的炼厂,充分利用各种石油资源,来满足炼厂的生产。脱碳型的炼厂虽然在投资成本上和极加氢型的相比,费用相对少,在原油价格比较低的情况下,脱碳型还是比较有优势的,但是在原油价格比较高的情况下,加氢型炼厂的优势才是体现出来,深加工附加值高的产品才会体现出来,很显然,作为不可在再生的资源石油价格肯定是越来越高的。炼油行业的大发展也需要不断的炼厂建设来实现的,炼油规模的不断扩大主要是通过两种方式来实现,一是通过对老厂的改建、扩建,另外就是新建炼厂,不管是改扩建,还是新建都要解决石油行业发展带来的一系列问题。南方某大型炼厂作为一个新建的炼油项目,2010年刚刚投产,但是为了提高加工劣质、重质原油的能力,改善产品性能,满足环保要求,通过对现有装置的补充优化来解决目前面临的问题是当务之急。本论文通过分析目前南方某大型炼厂生产现状,从而得出了比较合适的解决方案。

Through structural adjustment, the processing capacity of oil refining units is increasing, and through the independent development and research of technology, crude oil processing technology has been fully mastered, and large refineries with annual processing capacity of ten million tons can be built independently. It is expected that the demand for steam, coal and diesel fuel will reach 400 million tons by 2020, but the recession in the refining industry and the loss of most refineries are also a reality to be faced with. Insufficient supply of crude oil, difficult expansion of overseas markets, refinery processing process, increased difficulty in crude oil procurement. Further optimize the existing refining process, build a hydrogenated refinery, make full use of all kinds of petroleum resources to meet the refinery production. Although decarburized refineries have relatively low investment costs compared with those with extreme hydrogenation, and decarburized refineries have more advantages when the price of crude oil is relatively low, but in the case of relatively high crude oil prices, The advantages of hydrogenation refineries are embodied, and the products with high added value of deep processing will be reflected. Obviously, as a non-renewable resource, the price of oil must be getting higher and higher. The great development of the refining industry also needs continuous refinery construction. The continuous expansion of refining scale is mainly achieved through two ways, one is through the reconstruction and expansion of the old plant, the other is the construction of a new refinery, regardless of whether it is reconstruction or expansion. It is necessary to solve a series of problems brought about by the development of petroleum industry. A large refinery in southern China, as a newly built refinery project, was just put into production in 2010. However, in order to improve the ability to process poor and heavy crude oil, improve the performance of products, and meet the requirements of environmental protection, It is urgent to solve the current problems by optimizing the existing devices. By analyzing the present production situation of a large refinery in South China, a more suitable solution is obtained.
