烟草物流中心系统规划及应用

【摘要】:我国烟草行业正处于快速发展中,而烟草物流是烟草行业的核心业务,实现烟草物流的“不可替代性”既是“卷烟上水平”的需要,也是保证行业持续健康发展的需要,但目前烟草物流方面还存在着较多的问题需要我们进一步研究。 本文依托烟草企业配送中心实际项目,以实用性、系统柔性、可靠性、示范性和可拓展性为原则,以系统仿真为设计保障,对烟草企业提供的基础资料进行系统的研究,并对企业现实中的具体需求进行了详细的分析,通过对业务数据的处理、业务流程的归纳总结,根据烟草物流行业的最新技术发展和以往的施工经验,制定出具体的设计需求、工艺流程和物流量分析结果。再通过对各个区域及整体的作业能力和效率计算,依据核心设计理念,得出了配送中心的总体规划设计方案以及区域规划设计方案。 本文的主要内容如下: 1、详细分析了国内外在配送中心和系统仿真方面的发展研究现状,对烟草行业背景进行了较为深入的调查。发现现在的烟草配送中心缺乏完整的理论体系,在配送中心的整体规划方面的研究还是有欠缺的。 2、根据配送中心提供的基础资料,提出了配送中心的整体设计需求,通过详细的研究与计算,分析设计出了满足企业要求的配送中心总体规划设计方案。 3、对配送中心内部仓储区域设计方案进行了详细的阐述,分析了区域内部的动线情况和人员具体配置情况。 4、对配送中心内部备货及分拣区域的两套设计方案进行了详细描述和对比,得出了更优方案,给出了区域内部的流程、动线、分拣线路、人员配置等情况。 5、使用Tecnomatix Plant Simulation9物流系统仿真软件对规划方案进行系统建模,通过仿真运行及结果分析,对规划设计方案进行了进一步的验证,得到了肯定的结果。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry in China is developing rapidly, and the tobacco logistics is the core business of the tobacco industry. To realize the "irreplaceable" of the tobacco logistics is not only the need of "the level of cigarette", but also the need to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the industry. However, there are still many problems in tobacco logistics that need further study. Based on the actual project of the distribution center of tobacco enterprises, this paper studies the basic data provided by tobacco enterprises based on the principles of practicability, system flexibility, reliability, demonstration and expansibility, and system simulation as the design guarantee. Through the processing of the business data, the summary of the business process, according to the latest technological development of the tobacco logistics industry and previous construction experience, the specific design requirements are worked out. Process flow and material flow analysis results. According to the core design concept, the overall planning and design scheme of the distribution center and the regional planning and design scheme are obtained by calculating the operation ability and efficiency of each region and the whole area. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The research status of distribution center and system simulation at home and abroad is analyzed in detail, and the background of tobacco industry is investigated deeply. It is found that the present tobacco distribution center lacks a complete theoretical system, and the research on the overall planning of the distribution center is still lacking. 2. According to the basic data provided by the distribution center, the overall design requirement of the distribution center is put forward. Through detailed research and calculation, the overall planning and design scheme of the distribution center which meets the requirements of the enterprise is analyzed and designed. 3. The design scheme of warehouse area in distribution center is described in detail, and the situation of dynamic line and the concrete disposition of personnel are analyzed. 4. The paper describes and compares the two sets of design schemes of the internal stocking and sorting area of the distribution center in detail, obtains a better scheme, and gives the flow, moving line, sorting line, personnel configuration and so on in the distribution center. 5. The Tecnomatix Plant Simulation9 logistics system simulation software is used to model the planning scheme. Through the simulation operation and the analysis of the results, the planning and design scheme is further verified, and the positive results are obtained.
