RGZ公司员工满意度调查研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着中国市场的资源、人力、环境成本的升高,中国的制造业无论在低端和高端领域都出现了外迁的现象,我国制造业在高速发展后面临竞争力下降,竞争力指企业的核心竞争力,企业的核心竞争力源于人才竞争及人才在企业发挥作用。企业只有拥有价值的人才,并且使人才能够持续为企业贡献自己的最大力量才能使企业保持有力的竞争力并持续稳定的发展,如何使用有价值的人才稳定并持续发挥最大或应有的作用成为企业管理尤其是人力资源管理的核心问题,面对21世纪以80,90后为主要的管理对象,在这个信息爆炸和快速传播的时代,如何留住人才并发挥人才的价值关键在于提高员工的满意度和忠诚度,这成为现代企业急需解决的重要问题。 本文通过对相关文献的研究基础上,通过查问公司满意度调查和分析告,员工离职和心态访谈相关资料,参考了明尼苏达满意度长量表(MSQ),设计RGZ公司的谈问题和满意度调查问卷。通过访谈和调查问卷的方法收集员工满意度信息,,应用SPSS、EXECL软件从薪酬福利、公司发展前景、个人发展、绩效考评、企业文化、管理制度及领导六个维度对RGZ公司员工满意度进行回归分析,找出影响RGZ公司员工满意度的两个最要因素是员工对公司的发展前景影响信心不足和处于骨干地位基层管理类员工的满意度特别低,并针对这些影响因素提出了提升员工满意度的措施和建议。 本文通过对员工满意度的理论研究与实践探讨,为RGZ公司在员工满意度提升方面提供一些借鉴,以提升企业效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increase of resources, manpower and environmental costs in China's market, the Chinese manufacturing industry is facing a decline in competitiveness, both at the low end and at the high end. Competitiveness refers to the core competence of an enterprise, which originates from the competition of talents and the role of talents in the enterprise. Enterprises only have the value of talent, and make the talents can continue to contribute their greatest strength to enable enterprises to maintain a strong competitiveness and sustained and stable development, How to make use of the valuable talents stably and continue to play the biggest or the due role becomes the core problem of the enterprise management, especially the human resources management. Facing the 21st century, the 80,90th generation is the main management object. In this era of information explosion and rapid dissemination, how to retain talents and give full play to the value of talent lies in improving the satisfaction and loyalty of employees, which has become an important problem to be solved urgently in modern enterprises. Based on the research of relevant literature, this paper refers to the Minnesota long satisfaction scale (MSQ),) by asking company satisfaction survey and analysis, employee turnover and psychology interview. Design the questionnaire of RGZ Company's discussion problem and satisfaction. Through interviews and questionnaires to collect employee satisfaction information, the application of SPSS,EXECL software from salary and welfare, company development prospects, personal development, performance evaluation, corporate culture, Six dimensions of management system and leadership were used to analyze the employee satisfaction of RGZ Company. To find out the two most important factors that affect the employee satisfaction of RGZ company are the lack of confidence in the development prospects of the company and the extremely low satisfaction degree of the grass-roots management staff in the backbone position. Measures and suggestions to improve employee satisfaction are put forward in view of these influencing factors. Through the theoretical research and practical discussion of employee satisfaction, this paper provides some references for RGZ Company in improving employee satisfaction, in order to improve the efficiency of enterprises.
