江苏中讯成达科技有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展与生活水平的不断提高,人民对衣食住行各方面的要求越来越高。正是受到人们对居住要求更加智能化的启发,建筑智能化行业应运而生。而伴着科技的日新月异,建筑智能化行业也得到了极大的发展。该行业最初起源于美国,在我国直到二十世纪九十年代才刚刚起步。与那些发达国家相比,我国在建筑智能化领域还存在很大的差距,然而受益于近年来我国经济的飞速发展,建筑业也进入了快速发展期。作为建筑业未来发展的方向与重要支柱,智能建筑的发展速度也增长迅速,这也使得我国的建筑智能化企业的数量激增。从目前来看,建筑智能化企业的发展无疑会对我国的建筑业发展方式带来深远的影响,因此探讨影响现阶段我国智能化建筑企业发展的因素有着十分重要的现实意义。 本文首先本文以经典的战略及战略管理的相关理论作为理论基础,并选取了本人所在的企业——江苏中讯成达科技有限公司作为案例分析的主体,以其从建立至今的发展状况为研究背景,不仅从建筑智能化行业的发展以及宏观政策的变化对中讯成达科技有限公司所处的外部环境加以分析,更进一步运用SWOT分析工具对目前中讯成达科技有限公司的优势、劣势、可能存在的机会与威胁展开了详细的剖析。 根据上述分析针对江苏中讯成达科技有限公司制定了相应的中期品牌定位及其未来的中长期发展战略,即将其打造成南京市及其周边区域的第一品牌,并从外部的市场准入及监管制度、企业自身的设计服务实力、企业的人力资源管理以及企业文化等多个方而提出了战略实施的对策建议。研究成果能够给江苏中讯成达科技有限公司在战略规划与制定等方面提供有价值的参考意见,使其清晰地认识到影响公司发展的因素,为该公司在未来打造自己的核心竞争力奠定坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, people's demands on all aspects of food, clothing, housing and transportation are higher and higher. It is inspired by people to live more intelligently, building intelligence industry arises at the historic moment. With the rapid development of science and technology, intelligent building industry has also been greatly developed. The industry originated in the United States and only started in our country in the 1990 s. Compared with the developed countries, there is still a big gap in the field of building intelligence in China. However, with the rapid development of our economy in recent years, the construction industry has entered a period of rapid development. As the direction and important pillar of the future development of the construction industry, the development speed of the intelligent building is also growing rapidly, which also makes the number of the intelligent building enterprises in our country surge. From the current point of view, the development of intelligent building enterprises will undoubtedly have a profound impact on the development of our country's construction industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the factors that affect the development of intelligent construction enterprises in China at this stage. Firstly, this paper takes the classical theory of strategy and strategic management as the theoretical basis, and selects the enterprise in which I belong, Jiangsu Zhongxun Chengda Science and Technology Co., Ltd., as the main body of case analysis. Under the background of its development from the foundation to the present, not only from the development of intelligent building industry and the change of macro policy, but also from the outside environment of Zhongxun Chengda Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Furthermore, the advantages, disadvantages, possible opportunities and threats are analyzed in detail by using SWOT analysis tool. According to the above analysis, Jiangsu Zhongxun Chengda Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has formulated the corresponding medium-term brand positioning and its medium- and long-term development strategy in the future, that is to say, it will become the first brand in Nanjing and its surrounding areas. The paper also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of the strategy from the external market access and supervision system, the design and service strength of the enterprise itself, the human resource management of the enterprise and the corporate culture, etc. The research results can provide valuable reference for Jiangsu Zhongxun Chengda Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in strategic planning and formulation, so that it can clearly understand the factors that affect the development of the company. For the company in the future to build their core competitiveness to lay a solid foundation.
