全面质量管理在A包装有限公司的应用

【摘要】：随着社会的发展和科技的进步,社会的竞争力与日俱增,质量对企业的重要性随着竞争的剧烈而急剧升温,质量问题已成为影响企业核心竞争力的首要元素。因此,企业想得以良好的发展,必须借助先进的质量管理理论,同时紧密的结合本企业的生产特点,全面提高产品的质量,从而增强企业的竞争力、获得生存和发展的机会。本文将通过对A包装有限公司全面质量管理的分析和研究,总结A公司在生产活动中质量管理的现状,并依据全面质量管理的程序和步骤,针对公司在生产过程中存在的质量管理问题,包括质量管理问题的现状、产生的原因和改进措施等环节,进行系统的分析和总结,最终使得A包装有限公司建立全面质量管理的新机制,从而获得持久的竞争力,实现公司又好又快的发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the competitiveness of the society is increasing day by day, the importance of quality to the enterprise is heating up sharply with the fierce competition, the quality problem has become the primary element that affects the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to develop well, it must make use of advanced quality management theory and closely combine the characteristics of its production to improve the quality of its products in an all-round way so as to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and obtain the opportunity for survival and development. Through the analysis and research on the total quality management of A Packaging Co., Ltd., this paper summarizes the present situation of the quality management in the production activities of A Company, and according to the procedure and steps of the total quality management, In view of the quality management problems existing in the production process of the company, including the current situation of the quality management problems, the causes of the problems, and the improvement measures, etc., this paper makes a systematic analysis and summary. Finally, A Packaging Co., Ltd. set up a new mechanism of total quality management, so as to obtain lasting competitiveness and achieve good and rapid development.
