DQ公司营销战略研究

【摘要】:伴随着国民经济的发展和科技不断进步,中国铝加工业发展迅速,铝及铝合金制品在工业、农业、军工以及民用等各方面应用日益广泛。各大铝加工企业在市场经济浪潮下尽其所能的扩大经营规模,,提高相应市场份额,竞争日趋激烈。严峻的国际、国内形势导致有着光荣历史的DQ公司经营发展遭遇前所未有的困难。 本文以DQ公司为研究对象,采用管理学等相关理论知识,对DQ公司现状、行业状况以及竞争情况应用波特五力模型、SWOT分析方法展开分析、研究,并应用目标市场营销战略理论、营销策略组合理论思想为指导从而制定适应公司发展目标的营销战略,希望能为公司摆脱当前困境,进一步拓展市场,实现跨越式发展提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and the progress of science and technology, the aluminum processing industry in China is developing rapidly. Aluminum and aluminum alloy products are widely used in industry, agriculture, military industry and civilian industry. Under the tide of market economy, the major aluminum processing enterprises expand their business scale and increase their corresponding market share. The competition is becoming more and more fierce. Severe international and domestic situation has led to the glorious history of DQ company management and development encountered unprecedented difficulties. In this paper, DQ Company is taken as the research object, and relevant theoretical knowledge such as management theory is used to analyze and study the current situation, industry situation and competition of DQ Company with Porter's five-force model and SWOT analysis method. Using the theory of target marketing strategy and the theory of combination of marketing strategies as the guidance to formulate the marketing strategy suitable for the company's development goals, the author hopes to get rid of the current predicament and further expand the market for the company. The realization leapfrog development provides certain reference.
