SD建筑设计公司人力资源管理存在的问题及对策研究
[Abstract]:The economic era of global integration has come, enterprises have more and more opportunities to carry out production and marketing activities around the world. Now the international competition requires the enterprises of all countries to participate in the international cooperation actively, so the competition among the enterprises becomes more and more intense, and the scope of the competition is becoming wider and wider. So how can we be in an invincible position in the fierce competition? Many entrepreneurs believe that the key to success lies in abundant capital, rich resources, advanced technology. But it ignores the most fundamental key condition-man. The object of this paper is Qingdao SD Architectural Design Company. In the current rapid growth stage of the company, the senior leaders realize that the non-standard of human resource management has become the restriction factor of its further development and growth, so they hope to get the method to improve the human resource structure problem. Through the systematic analysis of human resource management in SD architectural design company, this paper finds out the human resource management problems that restrict the development of the company. Then it puts forward the human resource management countermeasures that match the development strategy of the company to realize the transformation from the traditional personnel management to the modern human resources management in order to enhance the competitive ability of the company in the same industry. This paper is divided into five chapters. The main contents of each part are as follows: the first chapter is the preface. The author introduces the research background, research significance, the current situation of human resource management at home and abroad, as well as the purpose and methods of the research. Chapter two is the related concepts of human resources management. This paper briefly expounds the theory of human resource management. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of human resource management in SD Architectural Design Company. In addition, SD Architectural Design Company leaves the company more frequently, which has become an obstacle to the development of the company. The fourth chapter is to analyze the reasons for the human resource management problems in SD architectural design company. Firstly, the concept of human resource management of senior managers is relatively backward, which makes the whole human resources management work in the primary personnel management stage. In addition, the non-standard operation of recruitment still exists the trace of familial management, the internal management of the enterprise is not perfect, the staff loss is serious, and so on. In the fifth chapter, the author uses the knowledge of human resource management, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the human resource management of SD architectural design company, such as introducing modern human resource management. Scientific and standardized recruitment work, the establishment of a new type of talent mechanism, the improvement of human resources management mechanism and so on. Aiming at the problems existing in human resource management of SD architectural design company, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of human resource management in SD architectural design company by applying the knowledge of human resource management. In order to adapt to the rapid development of SD Architectural Design Company, the countermeasures of strengthening the human resource management of the company are put forward.
