国药控股股份有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:中国改革开放已经30多年,加入WTO已经10余年,中国经济更加市场化,全球化发展,并且政策不断改革完善,国内医药行业出现复杂多变的竞争环境。国药控股股份有限公司是目前国内最大的医药流通企业。在当今中国经济发展中,面对艰难的行业竞争环境,国药控股需要明确并发挥自我优势,改善提高自身不足,瞄准行业市场机遇,避免不利因素,打造适合企业发展的竞争战略,并保证发展战略的顺利实施,以应对复杂的行业环境和强大的竞争对手,使得企业保持行业领先地位。 全文共分六个部分:第一部分绪论,首先阐述本文的研究背景及意义,在此基础上明确文章研究的主要问题,然后说明研究的思路及方法并给出全文总体论述结构。第二部分是对相关的战略管理理论与竞争战略研究方法进行回顾与综述,了解战略管理发展历史和相关理论,以便在后文研究中得到启示。第三部分是国药控股竞争环境分析,首先对宏观环境和行业环境等外部环境进行分析,然后再从几个方面对内部环境进行分析,从外到内对国药控股的竞争环境及自身条件进行研究分析,以便于在制定战略时提供参考。第四部分是SWOT分析与战略选择分析,主要是SWOT模型方法对国药控股的业务类型进行分析研究,得以明确优势劣势和机会威胁,从而找到国药控股自身的竞争力,以便于选择适当的竞争战略。然后根据前面的分析与研究,制定出适合国药控股发展的五个发展战略。第五部分是战略实施保障,即为了能够实现制定的发展战略,需要各方面的配合和保障,也指出了国药控股需要完善的问题。第六部分为全文的总结,综合以上各章节研究分析内容,对全文做出文章结论,并根据目前的技术手段与资料有限性探讨文章未来可完善研究的展望。 本文创新点为运用战略管理理论和方法对医药流通企业进行分析研究,主要针对医药流通领域的发展机遇与威胁,分析企业自身优劣势,提出相应的竞争战略。从而打造明确国药控股的核心竞争力,保持竞争优势,并希望能够对国内医药流通企业的发展提供一定的借鉴和参考价值。
[Abstract]:It has been more than 30 years since China's reform and opening to the outside world, and it has been more than 10 years since China joined the WTO. China's economy is more market-oriented, the globalization is developing, and the policies are constantly reformed and perfected, and the domestic pharmaceutical industry has a complex and changeable competitive environment. Chinese Medicine holding Co., Ltd. is the largest domestic pharmaceutical circulation enterprises. In the current economic development of China, in the face of the difficult competitive environment in the industry, Sinopharm Holdings needs to make clear and give play to its own advantages, improve its own deficiencies, aim at market opportunities in the industry, and avoid unfavorable factors. To create a competitive strategy suitable for the development of enterprises and ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy in order to cope with the complex industry environment and strong competitors so that enterprises can maintain the leading position in the industry. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which first explains the research background and significance of this paper, then clarifies the main problems of the research, then explains the ideas and methods of the research and gives the overall structure of the paper. The second part is to review and summarize the relevant theories of strategic management and the research methods of competition strategy, to understand the history of the development of strategic management and related theories, so as to obtain enlightenment in the later studies. The third part is the analysis of the competitive environment of Chinese medicine holding. Firstly, the external environment, such as macro environment and industry environment, is analyzed, and then the internal environment is analyzed from several aspects. From outside to inside, the competitive environment and its own conditions of Chinese medicine holding are studied and analyzed in order to provide reference for the formulation of strategy. The fourth part is the SWOT analysis and the strategic choice analysis, mainly is the SWOT model method carries on the analysis research to the Chinese medicine holding company's business type, can clear the superiority, the inferior position and the opportunity threat, thus finds the Chinese medicine holding own competitive power. To facilitate the selection of appropriate competitive strategies. Then, according to the above analysis and research, five development strategies suitable for the development of Chinese medicine holding company are worked out. The fifth part is the strategy implementation guarantee, that is to say, in order to realize the development strategy, it needs the cooperation and guarantee from all aspects, and also points out the problem that the Chinese medicine holding company needs to perfect. The sixth part is the summary of the full text, synthesizes the above chapters research and analysis content, makes the conclusion to the full text, and according to the present technical means and the data limitation discusses the article may perfect the research prospect in the future. The innovation of this paper is to use the theory and method of strategic management to analyze and study the pharmaceutical circulation enterprises, mainly aiming at the development opportunities and threats in the field of pharmaceutical circulation, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises themselves, and to put forward the corresponding competitive strategies. In order to make clear the core competitiveness of Chinese medicine holding, maintain the competitive advantage, and hope to provide certain reference and reference value for the development of domestic pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.
