国有大型建筑企业组织结构存在的问题和对策研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,由于国有大型建筑企业占据着经济发展中的稳定地位,因而其组织变革成为了我国企业组织改革的重心。随着经济的迅猛发展,国际国内环境不断变化,尤其是在经历了众多的经济危机之后,以不变应万变的发展战略早已不能适应企业的发展,所以变革成为了工作重心。世界的发展形式慢慢进入全球性质、知识型和多元化,国有大型建筑企业必须要适应大环境发展,正确其发展路线,发展目标、发展战略等。尽管国有大型建筑企业不断革新其内部组织结构,但是现行的组织结构中仍然存在诸多缺点,不能满足时代的发展,同时制约了企业的进步,本论文从以下几方面进行探讨。论文在第一章首先深入学习分析了国内外在组织结构方面的相关研究,站在诸多研究背景的基础上,对现行状况进行分析。其次对论文研究的理论基础进行深入研究,按步骤整理了相关理论方法及其发展历程等内容。这些内容为接下来的研究工作作理论基础。在进行了相关理论研究之后,论文对美国福陆公司、日本清水公司以及中国建设工程总公司这三家国内外优秀大型建筑企业的组织结构进行深入剖析,发现其优点,向其学习。同时在分析的过程中,本论文立足于建筑业的产品差别化和进退壁垒,思考我国国有大型建筑企业组织结构管理现状,以及实际中存在的问题,并延伸到问题本质发展问题产生的原因。最后就相关研究,同时论文结合实际对中铁XX局改革前后的组织结构进行分析,给出完善国有大型建筑企业组织架构管理问题的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the state-owned large construction enterprises occupy a stable position in the economic development, so their organizational transformation has become the focus of the organizational reform of enterprises in China. With the rapid development of economy, the international and domestic environment is constantly changing, especially after a lot of economic crisis, the development strategy of constant response to change has long been unable to adapt to the development of enterprises, so the transformation has become the focus of work. The development form of the world slowly enters the global nature, the knowledge type and the diversification, the state-owned large-scale construction enterprise must adapt to the big environment development, the correct development route, the development goal, the development strategy and so on. Although large state-owned construction enterprises constantly innovate their internal organizational structure, there are still many shortcomings in the present organizational structure, which can not meet the development of the times, and at the same time restrict the progress of enterprises. This paper discusses from the following aspects. In the first chapter, we study and analyze the related research on organizational structure at home and abroad, and analyze the current situation on the basis of many research backgrounds. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the paper is deeply studied, and the relevant theoretical methods and their development process are sorted out step by step. These contents provide the theoretical basis for the following research work. After the relevant theoretical research, the paper analyzes the organizational structure of three excellent large construction enterprises at home and abroad, such as Flo Corporation, Japan Shimizu Company and China Construction Engineering Corporation, finds its advantages and learns from them. At the same time, in the process of analysis, based on the product differentiation and barriers of the construction industry, this paper considers the current situation of organizational structure management of large state-owned construction enterprises in China, as well as the existing problems in practice. And extends to the problem essential development question causes. Finally, the paper analyzes the organizational structure of China Railway XX Bureau before and after the reform, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the organizational structure management of large state-owned construction enterprises.
