【摘要】：正"管制"也称"规制",在实际部门通常称为"监管"。政府管制是市场经济体制下政府需要加强的一项重要基本职能。党的十八届三中全会明确提出全面深化改革的决定,强调加强市场监管,改革市场监管体系,实行统一的市场监管等重要举措。浙江财经大学和中国工业经济杂志社定于2014年4月19日在杭州共同举办"第三届政府管制论坛暨管制体制改革与管制方式创新"研讨会。现将会议征文有关事宜通知如下:
[Abstract]:Positive "regulation" is also called "regulation", which is commonly called "regulation" in practical departments. Government regulation is an important basic function that the government needs to strengthen under the market economy system. The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the decision to deepen the reform in an all-round way, emphasizing the important measures of strengthening market supervision, reforming the market supervision system, and carrying out unified market supervision. Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics and China Industrial Economic Journal will jointly hold the third session of the Forum of Government Regulation and the Innovation of Regulation system and ways of Regulation in Hangzhou on April 19, 2014. We hereby inform you of the following:
