海阳市供电公司业扩工程造价管理流程及分析

【摘要】:电力行业是关系社会发展和国计民生的重要能源产业,在经济社会发展中具有不可替代的基础性作用。随着电力体制改革的不断深入,电力建设市场竞争越来越激烈,因此,需合理确定工程造价,制定严密的施工合同,搞好施工阶段成本控制,从而提高工程造价管理质量,以适应市场竞争的需要。但同时应该看到,时至今日,电力行业业扩报装工作仍然存在资金管控不严、工作流程繁琐、工作效率低下等问题,导致了许多不必要、低水平重复建设。伴随着社会用电需求愈来愈多样化,客户对电力事业运行管理的要求也越来越严格。如何进一步通过造价管理来严格控制工程质量,使之更加符合“经济、便捷、实效”的服务准则,更好地满足客户多样化的用电需求,,已经成为摆在我们面前的重大课题。本文以山东省海阳市供电公司业扩工程造价管理实践为例,深刻分析了在当前电力工程业扩工作中存在的突出问题,并提出了相应解决方案,以便进一步加快业扩工程流转,提高施工作业效率,提升客户满意度。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is an important energy industry related to social development and national economy and people's livelihood, and plays an irreplaceable basic role in economic and social development. With the deepening of electric power system reform, the market competition of electric power construction is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably determine the project cost, draw up strict construction contract, do a good job of cost control in construction stage, so as to improve the quality of project cost management. To meet the needs of market competition. But at the same time, it should be seen that even now, there are still some problems in the power industry, such as the lack of strict control of funds, cumbersome workflow and low efficiency, which leads to many unnecessary and low-level repeated construction. With the social demand for electricity more and more diversified, customers' requirements for the operation and management of the power industry are becoming more and more stringent. How to strictly control the project quality through cost management, make it more in line with the "economic, convenient, practical" service standards, and better meet the diversified demand of customers, has become a major issue in front of us. Taking the project cost management practice of Haiyang Power supply Company in Shandong Province as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the current expansion of the power engineering industry, and puts forward corresponding solutions in order to further speed up the circulation of the expansion project. Improve construction efficiency and customer satisfaction.
