广州中大布匹批发市场经营管理研究

【摘要】:广州中大布匹批发市场由上个世纪80年代后期政府引导,商家逐步开发而形成的,经过长时间的发展,到目前已经逐步形成了“中大布匹”的品牌效应,市场发展到了30多个分场,将近5000个铺位。随着我国社会经济的不断发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,中大布匹批发市场的发展遇到了前所未有的机遇。然而,由于管理模式落后,投资者只重建设而轻管理和培育,布局不合理等问题的存在,使得中大布匹批发市场未来的发展存在较大的变数。 本文首先对批发市场理论、商贸流通理论以及市场营销理论等进行了梳理,为全文的研究奠定了理论基础。然后,对广州中大布匹批发市场的发展沿革,当前的发展现状等基本状况进行了介绍,并且分析了当前广州中大布匹批发市场存在的投资者只重建设而轻管理和培育,市场布局不够合理,且配套设施建设严重滞后,使得整体交易水平较低等问题进行了较为详细的分析。借鉴了湖南省株洲服装市场的经营转变案例,从而为广州中大布匹批发市场的经营管理方式转型,从宏观层面、微观层面分别提出了相应的对策。希望本文的研究对于新时期批发市场转变经营理念,加强经营管理,促进自身竞争力的提升能够有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou Zhongda cloth Wholesale Market was formed by the government leading by the government in the late 1980s and the merchants gradually developed. After a long period of development, the brand effect of "Zhongda cloth" has been gradually formed. The market has developed to more than 30 branches, nearly 5,000 shops. With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the development of cloth wholesale market of CUHK has met with unprecedented opportunities. However, due to the backward management mode, the investors only pay attention to construction rather than management and cultivation, the existence of unreasonable layout makes the future development of fabric wholesale market of CUHK have great variables. In this paper, the wholesale market theory, trade circulation theory and marketing theory are combed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research. Then, this paper introduces the development and evolution of Guangzhou Zhongda cloth wholesale market, and analyzes the current situation of Guangzhou Zhongda cloth wholesale market, and analyzes that the investors in Guangzhou Zhongda cloth wholesale market only pay attention to construction rather than management and cultivation. The market layout is not reasonable, and the construction of supporting facilities is lagged seriously, which makes the whole transaction level lower and so on. This paper draws lessons from the case of Zhuzhou clothing market in Hunan province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the macro and micro aspects for the transformation of the management mode of Guangzhou Zhongda cloth wholesale market. It is hoped that the research in this paper can be used as a reference for the wholesale market in the new period to change its management concept, strengthen its management and promote its competitiveness.
