湖南骏和集团人力资源管理外包风险及规避措施研究

【摘要】:人力资源管理外包是业务外包市场中的内容之一,在国外的发展已有一段历史;相对而言,我国的企业人力资源管理外包市场正处于起步并不断趋于成熟,越来越多的企业为了顺应社会经济发展的需求,创新管理,在其内部管理和建设过程中,引用“人力资源管理外包”策略。然而,任何一个新事物在其发展过程中,总会遇到一些新的问题和困难,但这些新事物在成长的过程中又往往表现出空前的爆发力,我国人力资源管理外包市场也不例外。人力资源管理外包在诸多实践例子中已经充分证明了它的优势和潜力,给企业经营管理带来了巨大的效益。与此同时,也有不少企业由于各个方面的原因,在实施的过程中出现了一些问题,甚至给企业的经营管理造成了一定损失。由此可见,人力资源管理外包是一把双刃剑,,其优势和风险是并存的。 本文以湖南骏和集团为研究对象,就企业在实施人力资源管理外包过程中应该如何使用好人力资源管理外包这把双刃剑,从而实现企业效益最大化问题为研究出发点和回归点,结合人力资源管理外包的相关理论与实践,对其人力资源管理外包风险及规避措施进行了深入研究与分析。本文首先介绍了湖南骏和集团的现状以及人力资源管理外包现状,并充分结合企业实施人力资源管理外包的操作流程,提出一些必要的外包风险评估方法,构建外包风险评价指标,最后提出针对湖南骏和集团人力资源管理外包风险的规避措施。 本文探讨的是湖南骏和集团的人力资源外包风险及规避措施,对集团今后的人力资源管理外包提供了指导依据,同时,对其它同类企业的人力资源外包亦具有较高的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The human resource management outsourcing is one of the contents in the business outsourcing market. Comparatively speaking, the outsourcing market of human resource management in our country is in the beginning and tends to mature constantly. In order to meet the needs of social and economic development, more and more enterprises innovate management, and in the process of internal management and construction, in order to meet the needs of social and economic development, more and more enterprises in the process of management and construction, The strategy of human resource management outsourcing is cited. However, in the process of development of any new thing, there are always some new problems and difficulties, but these new things often show unprecedented explosive power in the process of growing up, and the outsourcing market of human resources management in our country is no exception. Human resource management outsourcing has fully proved its advantages and potentials in many practical examples, and has brought enormous benefits to the management of enterprises. At the same time, there are many enterprises because of various reasons, in the process of implementation of some problems, and even to the management of enterprises caused a certain loss. Thus, human resource management outsourcing is a double-edged sword, its advantages and risks coexist. Taking Hunan Junhe Group as the research object, this paper studies how enterprises should make good use of the double-edged sword of human resource management outsourcing in the process of implementing the outsourcing of human resources management, so as to realize the maximization of enterprise benefits as the starting point and regression point. Combined with the theory and practice of human resource management outsourcing, this paper makes a deep research and analysis on the risks and evading measures of human resource management outsourcing. This paper first introduces the current situation of Hunan Junhe Group and the current situation of human resource management outsourcing, and puts forward some necessary outsourcing risk assessment methods combined with the operation process of implementing human resource management outsourcing. Finally, the author puts forward some measures to avoid the outsourcing risk of Hunan Junhe Group Human Resources Management. This paper discusses the risks and evading measures of Hunan Junhe Group's human resource outsourcing, which provides the guidance basis for the group's human resource management outsourcing in the future. At the same time, it has a high reference value for other similar enterprises' human resource outsourcing.
