TJRQ公司员工职业生涯规划研究

【摘要】:现代企业管理特别强调员工的业绩、把对员工的开发作为取得组织效益的重要来源的同时,同时也将满足员工的需求、保证员工的个人发展作为组织的重要目标。在现代企业中,员工不仅仅是组织运作的工具和要素,同时其本身也已成为组织存在和发展的目的。正是在“以人为本”的管理理论的引导下,愈来愈多的企业开始重视员工的职业生涯规划。 本文研究的目标旨在通过对职业生涯规划相关理论的梳理、学习、研究,利用发放问卷的形式对TJRQ公司职业生涯规划现状及存在问题进行归纳和分析,提出一套适合该公司发展需求的职业生涯设计方案,已达到提高员工的工作积极性、满意度和忠诚度,同时帮助企业挖掘培养人才、留住人才的目标,最终实现企业和员工共赢的局面。
[Abstract]:Modern enterprise management emphasizes the performance of employees, regards the development of employees as an important source of organizational benefits, at the same time, it will also meet the needs of employees, and ensure the personal development of employees as an important goal of the organization. In modern enterprises, employees are not only the tools and elements of organization operation, but also the purpose of organization existence and development. Under the guidance of "people-oriented" management theory, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to their employees' career planning. The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the status quo and existing problems of career planning of TJRQ Company by combing, learning, researching and issuing questionnaires. A career design scheme suitable for the development needs of the company has been put forward, which has achieved the goal of improving the work enthusiasm, satisfaction and loyalty of the employees, while helping the enterprises to develop and train talents and retain them. Finally, the enterprise and the staff to achieve a win-win situation.
